“DONT BUY I bought a dress in two different sizes for an upcoming event so I wouldn’t have to worry about have to send the dress back and wait for a different size if it didn’t fit. I spent $300 on two dresses and I ended up not liking the dress on me at all. Before I purchased from this store, it said they offer refunds that they pay for return shipping. I requested the return and they are insisting on having me get a new dress from them or the offered to refund me $30 back. No not the full amount I paid. $30. So now I’m two weeks away from my event and $300 short and still need a dress that’ll cost me another couple hundred dollars. This is a scam store. Do not trust their return policy”

“My dress was white rather than ivory which was ordered ... The arm holes are too small so the dress pulls and hurts.. they sent it early while I was on holiday so will not let me return it. I wouldn't want anyone to have such bad experiences in the future. You will lose all your money.”

“Do not! I mean do not order from here! My dress is 10 shades lighter than pictured & 3 in too short! Looks nothing as pictured! I've been speaking to someone for over a week and get no where! They blame it on lighting instead of taking accountability for their mistake! And on top of me sending pictures as proof they offered me $20 compensation! What a joke for a $165 dress!”

“Pretty much what everyone else is saying. They are SCAM artists. They are FRAUDSTERS. I ordered a regular sized dress so it would be returnable. They requested my measurements, which I thought was odd, but didn't question. I should have, because when I got the dress, they slapped a custom size tag on it and now refuses to allow me to return it. Any decent company would provide a return label without questions. They're asking for pics of me in the dress.... how creepy is that???? I'm reading down below that they make the customer pay for return (wow, someone actually got them to accept a return?) And it's not guaranteed that they'll get it or refund the $? Why is this company allowed to do business in the US or UK? I am and I would suggest everyone call the fraud department at your CC company.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!! I BOUGHT A DRESS FOR £158.00 WHICH DOESNT FIT SO I ASKED FOR REFUND. THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME AN ADDRESS TO SEND THE ITEM BACK AND KEEP OFFERING ME STUPID AMOUNTS OF MONEY INSTEAD OF MY FULL REFUND”

“I'm having exactly the same issue with Stacees as everyone else. I bought my dress through Klarna and I'm begging them to remove themselves from their site. They shouldn't associate themselves with this illegal operation. I've told Klarna that they are making it impossible for me to return the dress and I'm logging it with their Specialist Team in the hope that they can at least stop any further payments. I feel so sorry for everyone here. They need to be stopped!!!”

“WILL NOT let you return ANY items for a refund. Will go around the houses with different excuses... "delivery to us isn't guaranteed, order another dress for an extra £85", then some story about how its tailored to you even though it wasn't in my case and they won't be able to re sell it! No alterations were made to it whatsoever. Then offer you a £30 refund and ask for you to sell the dress yourself blah blah blah it goes on and on every excuse they can chuck at you!! Dresses are not the same as the photos and I would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is terrible and the items areand shipped from China terrible quality!”

“Very unhappy with this company!! Ordered a dress, not custom, did not like quality or fit and they refuse to refund. Started to catch on when had to fill out a ticket and had to wait 48 hrs for reply and then had to send picture of dress. Offered $20 to get dress altered! Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered! Be aware!”

“STACEES RIP-OFF STACEES absolutely dog s@@t of a company, dick Turpin wore a mask when he was robbing people, stacees has let us down for my daughter's prom dress,we wanted to return the dress for a full refund but have been told to sell the dresses, I don't think so stacees, just keep a lookout for your summons to a small claims court in the post, also we have sent all evidence to financial ombudsman. stacees think they are Billy big balls by robbing people so I'm looking forward to our debate in the courts, I'll post a reply on here to keep the public updated, good news is people they are using a .co.uk address so go and seek advice from your local citizen advice or trading standards office like we have. but PLEASE PLEASE GIVE THIS COMPANY A WIDE BIRTH. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. we did send dresses back as we got the address of return off PayPal so we have no dress or money, that's why people please go to a small claims court”

“DO NOT ORDER. GARBAGE PRODUCT, INSTAGRAM IS FAKE DUE TO FAKE FOLLOWERS, LIKES COMING FROM FAKE ACCOUNTS, FAKE POLICIES, They give you the run around with emails saying they will discount a different product and you can sell your dress you want to return to a second hand. The email I put below is just one I received! Hi, Thanks for your reply.please do not worry, of course we accept requests for standard size returns, but considering to reduce the return cost, time and energy, we provide available advice to customers before return dress, just hope to reduce customer's loss. About the return, the shipping cost is paid by the customer if there is no problem with the dress. So we suggest you keep them, as buying a dress like this in a store can be expensive. We are willing to reimburse you $25 directly, then you keep the dress directly. Here is a good suggestion, you can resell the dress to others to get some income. Because if you insist on sending it back, the delivery is unstable and have some risks, including to the lost, damaged and tariff. If so, you will lose a lot,even we can't receive it, which means we can't refund for you. Hope you can understand. If you insist to return, please let me know. Please feel free to let me know about your idea. Rose”

“supportive company with terrible dresses I requested a full refund as the dress is way too thick and heavy, the skirt is separate from the dress which was not explained in the description. This dress is unworn and did not fit. I got married overseas and the dress did not get delivered until the day before my flight so could not return in within the 14 days.... the refused to refund the dress. THIS IS A WARNING TO EVERYONE !!!”

“Do not buy from here this business is a scam. They take your hard earned money and give you the runaround. I paired $230 for a dress and the are offering me $60 for a dress I never received. Then had a nerve to say I sent the dress back. Needless to say my daughter never received her prom dresses and they won’t give me my money back. This company needs to be shut down immediately.”

“Scam! I paid expedited. Shipping didn’t receive dress for at least a month after I placed the order. Will not take it back and will not give me a refund offered me $35 for the $240 dress. Never received my refund!”
