“I would not even give them one star. PLEASE don’t buy from this company. I paid over £100 for a two piece suit. The top fitted, the bottoms were enormous. Immediately went on line to start the return. They are trying every which way to avoid me returning the suit.”

“Do not use this company!!! I read the returns policy before ordering and as long as you ordered a standard size and did not provide custom sizes, it stated returns are easy so I ordered a standard 10 and a 12. They will not refund the one I don't need and they will not accept a return. THey just keep giving me off with the offer of a new dress instead so that I can sell the one I have?? The latest is an offer of £30 when I paid £143. A complete scam of a company and of you look on other review sites(which I wish I did) it looks like a very recent change on their website about returns because so many others have fallen foul of this company within the last free weeks. They need closing down. There will no doubt be a reply on here from "john" to say they are sorry and they will keep looking into it. It's taken 4 weeks of emailing already so I doubt it. Horrendous experience.”

“I ordered 2 dresses for 2 different occasions. The first dress came and is 30" too short. This company is a scam. They will not reimburse me, I never received the second dress. You cannon speak to a human. DO NOT ORDER! I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company.”

“Do not buy from this company, daughter bought a dress for her prom in June, tried it on and it doesn't fit, company will not allow a return or full refund. Very disappointed with the customer service.”

“AVOID! I emailed Stacees prior to buying my wedding dress because I was between sizes and wasn’t sure which size would suit. I wanted to know if they had a UK return address to save on return shipping if I needed to. I was told they had “offices in the UK” and it wouldn’t be a problem to order two and return one. In the end, I went with just one dress. It arrived a few weeks later and I was SO disappointed. It looked NOTHING like the picture! The colour was off, the material was cheap and nasty and there was all this awful netting that the advertisement photo just didn’t have. The fit was atrocious. I absolutely hated it. I later found out they steal legit designers photos and make bad copies. I contacted Stacees to arrange a return and went round in circles with them trying to get me to accept a partial refund. I didnt want a partial refund, I wanted a full refund on return (what am I going to do with a spare wedding dress? It’s not like I’m ever getting married again!). In the end, they told me they wouldn’t accept a return unless it was damaged! Tried to make out it was “custom made” when it wasn’t - I never provided any measurements (they charge more for that!). Basically, after doing some research, I realised they’re a scammy Chinese company that don’t adhere to distance selling laws. Avoid. Don’t take the risk. They might be cheap, but that’s for a reason. Cheap and nasty 🤮 I’ve now been conned out of £400 and looking in to how I can take this further. Hopefully PayPal or my bank may be of assistance.”

“I recieved a dress and the same day requested return information because the clasp was broken. They gave me the run around over 2 weeks and would not give me the return address information. They have no contact phone number either and I was communicating through email and chat. Neither was good and I would not recommend purchasing anything from this site. Poor customer service!”

“Zero stars actually. I ordered a dress that was not custom. Standard size. Upon receipt I began to attempt a return. The dress quality was poor and it was very uncomfortable. 12 days of emailing and chatting and the run around only for them to say it is a custom dress and not returnable. It most certainly is not custom, they just want to keep your money. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying here. The dresses look nice, but you might get something other than what you were hoping for and then your stuck with it and instead of purchasing through a U.S. dress shop you are not out times 2 because guess what, you go back to the dress shop anyway.”

“Horrible company. They do NOT accept returns! I specifically called them and talked to someone who said that they accept returns 14 days after purchase. This is NOt true. They just delay tactics. Do NOT buy from them!”

“This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. The dress that was advertised and ordered is NOT what we received. It was supposed to be gold and black, it arrived being iridescent and covered in large, oversized, tacky glitter when it was advertised as a nice, shimmer underlay. I contacted customer service immediately and followed all instructions as according to their return policy. They have since offered to make me a new dress but at a cost to me and then encouraged me to resell the dresses for money. (Their words) I have fought with them and explained that I didn't want the original dress I received and definitely don't want a new dress from them. We have since had to purchase another dress locally as the event came and went without them making right on their mistake. Save yourself from throwing your money away to a disgusting, scamming, sorry excuse for a "company". I do not understand how they are still able to have a website up and a so-called business when so many people have been scammed. This is heartbreaking to see happening to so many people. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. However, if you are a person that likes to just give money away, maybe choose a more deserving charity than this scam...”

“Buyer beware! This is a front for some shady business practices. I asked about returns before I bought 2 sizes of the same dress. I have been trying to get them to authorize a return for 3 weeks. They urged me not to worry that it wouldn't be a problem and then John tried to get me to buy another dress for $50. What is going on here.”

“You can’t return the dresses if they don’t fit. They refuse to provide return address for months, and then when they finally do, it goes to a China and they refuse to accept your package. DO NOT BUY HERE!”

“Fraud!! Have you seen your rating??? It's 7% in case you haven't noticed. The customer service is atrocious!! I've been trying to return a dress that doesn't fit, tried for 2 weeks in fact, but keep getting the runaround. I guess there's a reason for that rating that only 7% of viewers recommend. Never experienced ANYTHING like this before!!! WOW!!!!!”

“I purchased a dress for my wedding and it was NOT like the picture. I have been trying to return it for two weeks now. They say they will accept a return but will not provide the dress. They are trying to get you to keep the dress in exchange for a small refund of $45. Do NOT buy from this company!!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Bought a dress which looks nothing like the photo. The buttons on the reverse are not aligned so tried to send it back, as they advertise you can do and they wouldnt accept it and offered me a minimal amout back. They ought to be struck off for lying and doing business in this way.”

“Quality of product is good but they lie in that you cannot return or they give you the runaround. Received dress on 2/28 and it was too small. Started a ticket on 2/29 and it’s now 3/11 and at least 4 emails back and forth and still getting nowhere. They won’t give you an address to return it. Asked for pictures and now offered $40 refund only. I’ve contacted my credit card to dispute. Last response was basically starting over saying sorry it’s taking so long we are just busy and you have 14 days to return. I’m guessing they want that to lapse so they can say it’s over the 14 days.”
