“I had no issues with Starfire Direct and felt their communication was great about my order. Unfortunately, my item came very damaged (scratched and dented) and I had to refuse delivery. UPDATE: They communicated within a couple days and had contacted the producer of the item. I got a new one sent within a week to replace the damaged item. They stayed in touch throughout the whole process. Great job!”

“Unbelievable service the staff keep in touch and work with you I recently needed a fire pit and needed it by Dec 24 th I previously ordered it from anither manufacturer who was unable to ensure it would be there on time I cancelled that order and called Starfire. Not only did they say they would keep in touch and give me enough time to purchase elsewhere they called to confirm shipping. It came 2 weeks early from California and is beautiful. Made by real flame . Quality is suburb and easy to assemble . The best of the review is with the companies support”

“Our fire pit table was left on our driveway….we did not receive any notice. They didn’t even ring the door bell. Fortunately, everything is in great condition and we love the table. The delivery certainly was no reflection on you, but on Estes Trucking.”

“Very easy to deal with. They confirmed product was available, rushed delivery to me my construction timeline, sent emails to update shipping and then made a personal phone call to confirm the deliver. Exceptional customer service and would highly recommend.”
