“Stock, customer service, shop are all bang on. The only thing I would say, to give a constructive review, is that your website could possibly benefit from a bit of an update. A bit of a UI/UX review is never wasted. I know it’s a bit of a lazy cliche, but Squarespace sites look really slick.”

“I am very disappointed that you would use an undependable delivery method during a labour issue to deliver my item. If not for Amber I would have no updates on my item and when or if I will ever receive this holiday gift in time. Very disappointing to say the least. Still not received though ordered November 29th.”

“Whilst searching for a Sergio Taccini track top, I came upon Stuarts of London. They had the one I was looking for, plus another which caught my eye, so I ordered two. They had a 20% discount, so it felt rude, not to treat myself twofold. I placed my order, which qualified for free next day shipping. My order was received as expected & my new track tops were exactly what I wanted. Stuarts of London were exemplary in everything. I was informed when my package was shipped, receiving the tracking details. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone & will definitely check them out again in the future.”

“Have used Stuart’s of london before, always first class services, they seem to have items other stores don’t from a label point of view, had to return my boots as I ordered the wrong size, swift return and delivery. Emails kept me upto date with progress, if you are in the market for something nice then I highly recommend Stuart’s. First class”
