“I love this online store; however, I find it difficult at times to shop as a client living in the United States. For one, I have been a loyal customer for nearly 7 years. Any promotional codes are invalid for me, and I have to pay a surplus to exchange anything online. A one-time courtesy exchange for loyal customers abroad would be nice to implement in the future. The returns process was quite expensive and options for a carrier are limited. I would give Stuarts London a five, but my most recent experience was dismal.”
