“Excellent customer service and super fast delivery!”

“The shoes arrived as described and looked great. Five stars would be warranted were it not for the delivery time. Ordering from the EU is a bit of a problem though. The shoes took almost a month to clear customs and I had to, unfortunately, pay 50 EUR customs duty. The Black Friday deal turned out to be more expensive than the normal price. This is not Stuarts' fault, but that of the UK leaving the EU.”

“I was looking for a gift for my partner and Stuart’s came up as a potential source. I hadn’t heard of them before and so, was a little cautious in placing my order. I needn’t have worried. Ordering was easy, I was kept updated of the order journey regularly and delivery was quick. I received exactly what I ordered. “I purchased my Son a Carharrtt Jacket for Christmas, in a bit of a panic as I couldn’t find his size online anywhere then I stumbled across Stuart’s London & Im so glad I did. It was an easy purchasing process & my package (which was boxed up lovely & safe) was with me so quickly, The jacket is amazing & my Son will love it come Christmas morning. Quality product & excellent delivery service.”

“I ordered two pairs of Burlington Socks on your website and paid for them. But only one pair was delivered, the other pair was 'Out of Stock. Refund was promised. I would have the liked the ch ance of choosing another pair from In-stock. Terrible Service”
