“After receiving my order,it was faulty(worn) This was quickly resolved by Rai, and a new pair was shipped same day as I returned the order. Although I was dissapointed with my 1st delivery , I would shop again due to the quick efficient way it was dealt with.”

“Super fast delivery which was great. I ordered a slightly different style of the same boots from Birkenstock before I found the ones on Stuarts. The Birkenstock ones took over a week to come. I received the ones from Stuarts in a couple of days. Loved them and sent the ones from Birkenstock back when they finally arrived 😊”
