“Absolutely shocking spent over £1000 on various clothes - delivered at completely wrong address by DPD and then when you try to call Stuart’s Customer Service which DPD instructed me to do you are on hold for 10 minutes and then get cut off!! Nightmare first experience !!”

“The service couldn't be better or more responsive. I ordered three pairs of socks. Within a day, I was notified that one pair was out of stock and that I would be refunded for that. I was. A few days after that, the socks arrived. Simple transaction, done on time. What more could you want?”

“I have been buying from Stuarts for the past few years, I have always found they have a good selection of brands and carry some great products. “Not the greatest description of the clothes on the website. I bought a Fred Perry polo shirt that was not described as a slim fit. It is very much so a slim fit, so I look a bit like a stuffed sausage trying to fit into it. With the high cost of delivery and returns via DHL it's not even worth sending this stuff back. This gives me real pause to consider purchasing from Stuart's again in the future.”

“Bought a Tejana Thin Cord Jacket - Abbey Stone, BUT: The color of the jacket is absolutely not matching with the colour on the website which is grey-green, but the jacket itself is just grey. That's a disappointment.”
