“This company is ok till you have an issue. No parcel delivery and it’s taken over a month to try and sort this out and still waiting. Even after post office states it’s their fault. Thank god I used PayPal they have been great.”

“I bought something online I later changed my mind about and then took it back to the store in Shepherd’s Bush. Almost immediately I had confirmation of receipt of the item and then a refund. The store staff were great but especially the two customer service assistants online - they were excellent. Highly recommended 5 stars”
