“I ordered some trainers online with the offer of a 20% discount . For some reason the discount wasn’t applied at checkout. Anyway I called customer service and spoke with Rai . To be honest I was surprised by the excellent service I received. The 20% discount was refunded and I am very pleased with my order.”

“Overall, a pleasant experience. I bought a couple of lois jackets one of which I was going to choose once id decided which one I preferred. Unfortunately they both were to big. Nevertheless Stuarts were helpful and quick to refund me. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on the Stuarts web site for more offers.”
