“Hi I received my top which was a small in size. I emailed you requesting to change my top with a larger size , your response was quick with instructions on how to return the item and that you will send out a replacement which arrived quickly. Great service and it won't be the last time I will buy from you, I've also recommended my mates to look at your website . Kind regards Mark”

“Have been using Stuart's online shop for a number of years. Fantastic selection of clothing's and footwear at reasonable prices. Sale items especially good and you can pick up a bargain anytime. Online site is user friendly with all items perfectly photographed and cataloged. No quibble returns or exchange makes Stuart's the best online shopping experience I've come across. Have give this 5 stars and will continue to shop at Stuart's”

“Ok, but the item I ordered didn't fit, so I contacted them for an exchange and was sent a label to print and return, instead of a QR code and I don't have a printer, so that was pretty useless. They then advised me the size I wanted to exchange for wasn't in stock, so I asked for a refund which they sent but knocked off the price of postage which, according to the Consumer Contract Regulations introduced in 2014, is illegal.”
