“Bought a tracksuit top as my first purchase from Stuarts London. The price and service were great but …. delivery was signed for and I knew that I would only be home on the Saturday so paid quite a bit extra. Then when away I received a message saying my parcel was out for delivery (the Friday / next day). I assumed it wouldn’t be left as it clearly said signed for but the delivery guy left it in a safe place (this would have been perfect service if I hadn’t paid over the odds for Saturday). I then contacted Stuarts via the app to Fred back and received no reply.”

“Great prices, great website - placed order for three items and got an email next say saying trainers were nit in stock. other items received - one way too small and other way too big (not their fault but most good companies have a size guide for customers. Returned two items using royal mail next day & got an email asking if i wanted a refund or a credit note for one item, but no mention of 2nd item. emailed back & no response yet - chased again today. will avoid in future as not worth the hassle”

“Great menswear and best value around. Will continue to use. Royal Mail not great though. Ordered early Saturday morning and received the following Friday. No option to leave in a safe space so neighbour took it in.”
