“Their customer care attention to first class. I ordered an item and it arrived as expected on time. Unfortunately, it didn't fit so I requested a replacement (which they sent me a free returns label) and sent the item back. As they didn't have the item in my size, I was refunded straight away and there was always clear communication with everyone that I interacted with.”

“Stuarts have been around since I was a boy in the 70's, and bought my first Gabicci turtle neck and V-neck jumper. They were the main stay for Italian fashion and they have proved that the classics never go out of fashion. I have always received good, no excellent service from Stuarts, whether in person, or more recently online, you always get what you pay for and online delivery is superb, very swift as soon as the transaction is completed, usually 2 days from purchase. Keep the good work up Stuarts and you'll be around for many more years. 👍🏾”
