“I purchased a Real Hoxton leather coat. The delivery service was excellent. I coat is size Medium and fits perfectly. However, there is a belt that comes with the coat and it was far too big. It was clearly a belt for a size XL at the least. I sent an email explaining that it appeared to be the wrong size of belt. The return email said that I should return the full garment. I telephoned and spoke to someone in customer service and she didn’t seem particularly interested and just said return the coat. I took the belt to a tailor and had it altered at my own expense.”

“Website stated Tshirt was available in my size which is why I purchased two items. Days later informed my size wasn't available but by then hat was already dispatched otherwise I'd have ordered what I wanted elsewhere. Couldn't fault speed of delivery.”
