“Super speedy delivery. Shoes arrived less than 24 hours after making payment. Unfortunately the shoes were too big so I requested an exchange. They also arrived swiftly. Very impressed”

“Prompt shipping & delivery. However, the customer is on the hook for the shipping costs for returns & exchanges. The best way to improve services is to provide free shipping on returns & exchanges (especially for non-UK citizens) like most other online retailers. I might need a different size in another colour of an item that I like. It doesn't make business sense to have the customer pay to exchange or return an item. Considering that I'm in the US, I'm more inclined to not shop here again based on this expense and experience.”
