“Ordering and delivery process is great, but returns through DPD drop off are a huge pain. Suggest they change their partnership with them to collection if the customer has to pay for returns.”

“Fantastic service from the initial phone call, to visiting the shop and getting expert advice on the right fit of two pairs of jeans from Harvey. The specific colours were not in the shop, but Harvey had them delivered to my home address the next working day. A terrific experience all-round and I will be back for more soon.”

“Just a quick note to say I had a problem with a pair of boots I bought from Stuarts. Absolutely no fault of Stuart's. It was a manufacturing issue. Trevor in Customer service was excellent at sorting out the issue on both occasions. Thank you.”
