“I order a pair of Birkenstocks. They sent a pair of narrow shoes. I sent them back and gave clear instructions about the shoes I wanted to exchange for. Again, I received another narrow pair of Birkenstocks To add insult to injury the shoes were ex-display seconds that had clearly been tries on over and over. I was mortified. Have sent them back and if they send the wrong shoes again I will be done with Stuarts London forever.”

“I love the sneakers that I got, but it would be nicer if the company like many other companies have the VAT sorted out, instead of me having to pay another payment on delivery so it would be more advantageous to me if they just upped their price and then I can have it with out the payment to some VAT thing that's there because of brexit, and then I would definitely buy more!!”
