“My Baracuta G9 Harrington jacket arrived promptly, the transaction was smooth and easy, and the quality of the product is superb. I appreciate the advice of other reviewers: these jackets run small. I usually wear a size 42, or a 41 if available. I ordered a size 44 and it fits perfectly. Five stars!!!”

“I've used Stuart's twice now, for a jacket and some boots. On both occasions they arrived very promptly and I would have no hesitation in using them again. For the jacket I also called the store for some guidance on sizing which was very helpful. Thank you.”

“I ordered a pair of RM Williams Chelsea boots from these guys. Prior to ordering I had some questions re shipping and sizes and they were quick to respond to my inquiries. They confirmed that they had my size in stock and I promptly ordered to be shipped to the US. I got a shipping notification and the boots were on their way. Unfortunately Fedex was having a nationwide shipping delay and the boots were delayed by 10 days. I was told at one point that the package was lost. I reached out to Stuarts and they quickly responded and although it was out of their control, they contacted Fedex numerous times. I finally received the boots today and they were just as I was expecting. I gave a 5 star review because of the quick responses I got from them. It is really hard to find good customer service these days or even get someone to respond. I would definitely do business with these guys again.”
