“Poor booking system. Seems like whichever hotel you book seems to be sold out despite being available on site. When agents call you, don’t help you in finding a new hotel just want you to book whatever and get the booking over and done with”

“Great help with my original booked but also changing my booking, the girls who i spoke to were very helpful especially with my booking being for 30 people. Only downside was the length of time on hold but overall happy with the way my booking was handled.”
