“I booked a holiday, then u cancelled it as there were no seats on the plane. Plus I was told different information but two reps. Really dissapointed to be honest .”

“By the time I opened my emails straight after booking my holiday to Turkey next year, the full confirmation had been received with all relevant vouchers attached. I was also able to book extra leg room via the flight carrier Excellent!”
