“I’ve travel 4/5 times a year so have booked several hotels over the last few years with sunshine and only had one bad experience. Bon repos in Calella is a terrible hotel but this hasn’t put me off still using sunshine to book my hotels in the future”

“I've got incorrect board details on my booking for the hotel..I'm supposed to have self catering but room only has been booked even though I have it in previous correspondence in writing as self catering. It's taken me 2 calls to try to sort out my booking which cost me nearly £15. Still waiting for my email or phone call as a reply.”
