“I booked a holiday with Sunshine.co.uk only to phone and find out there was a issue with booking the flights as the computers was down and was ask to re-book but on doing so the holiday had went up £200 so a bit disappointed.”

“Hi, I booked the holiday and then realised within 20 minutes of getting the confirmation e-mail that google chrome had atuto filled in my son's name in error. I rang straight away and was told to ring back in 30 mins as it was still pending...I got another e-mail to show the booking had been done...I then rang back only to have to wait for approx. 28 minutes to speak to someone. They told me that I would have to ring the airlines direct.....why didn't the young lady put me through to customer services as soon as I had seen the error? I did eventually get things sorted out but this was a very stressful experience.”
