“Hi, I booked the holiday and then realised within 20 minutes of getting the confirmation e-mail that google chrome had atuto filled in my son's name in error. I rang straight away and was told to ring back in 30 mins as it was still pending...I got another e-mail to show the booking had been done...I then rang back only to have to wait for approx. 28 minutes to speak to someone. They told me that I would have to ring the airlines direct.....why didn't the young lady put me through to customer services as soon as I had seen the error? I did eventually get things sorted out but this was a very stressful experience.”

“My daughter and husband originally booked the same holiday,flights,dates and hotel as a surprise 60th birthday present for me only to be traced 2 days later to contact you.My daughter rang the same day when getting home from work to be told the holiday had gone up approx 300 pounds due to a airfare increase.We have never had this problem before whilst booking though sunshine holidays.When we rebooked we booked our flights direct with Ryanair so the price quoted we New we were getting.Looking forward to my birthday bash but not happy it cost them extra.Would I recommend to family ands friends again! I would have to think about that one.”

“I booked the holiday for myself and two grandchildren only to receive a call the next day saying the system was down to book flights with easy Jet. They had already taken the full amount out before even confirming the holiday I now have to wait between 3-7 days for flight refund. I went on to price flight s with easy jet but could book as waiting for my refund As it’s the 6 weeks holiday term,since last week the prices have shot up so now it’s going to cost a lot more. I usually book everything myself and thought oh just book with sunshine never again would I I’m a frequent traveler up to 6 times a year and would never use this company again. Should confirm holiday accommodation and flights then take the money. Still waiting on refund”
