“I was a little dissapionted as the first holiday I went to book went up by over 1000 pounds. We had a quote online but because we are a family of 14 we had to phone for confirmation and that's when the increase occured. The holiday we actually booked was effortless and the staff were extremely helpfully and took all the hassle out of booking a holiday. My only criticism of the company is the phone calls cost 13p a minute and ir took me over 3hrs to sort out the holiday because of the initial problem. I have booked with Sunshine before and will definitely book again as the value for money is outstanding.”
