“They send you an email, asking you to check your messages, which you can’t find on there web-site, you try to check your booking details, using the SUN number provided, to b told its invalid, & none of the contact numbers on their web-site are even for them..... How the hell are you supposed to find out what the hell has been changed about our holiday?????????”
