“My brother and I booked via your website at exactly the same time for exactly the same flights and hotel deal. His booking was left pending until 2 days later when we was told he would have to pay £370 extra for him to be able to have confirmation. There was no clear reason given apart from the website price being incorrect. This is false advertising, deceptive and taking advantage of your potential customers. If we had known what the actual price would have been to travel with you, we would have definitely booked elsewhere. When asked for someone to complain to, we were told no such department existed, which is clearly incorrect as I have now been sent this survey to fill out.”
