“I am stunned that the person I spoke to took 30 mins to sort my holiday out and then I got my phone bill at 22.50 for one call ! I am shocked at this why can’t we finish booking online ourselves instead of phoning!”

“I booked a holiday for 10 days and was called a couple of days later to say there was no longer room on the plane so I had to cut my holiday short . Little said by way of genuine apology , rather I had to accept this was the ‘way it is ‘ .”
