“All good to book on line until it’s booked it’s not explained that they have your money then try to organise . Was not impressed when we had to pay £80 extra for flights when I had already paid . The reasons we got was the airlines don’t update there flights i don’t find that is our fault or our problem when it shows the prices on the site plus I could have booked flights myself earlier if it didn’t take nearly 48 hours to get back in touch .”

“I have been struggling to get in contact with sunshine as my name is wrong and you have used to book with initials and last name only I have tried to change it and u are charging me for your mistakes 130 pound the holiday is less expensive I'm not happy and this should not be used for booking my name is in full added in the email address yet u choose to use the credentials of my credit card.please rectify as appropriate.
