“The staff I spoke with over the phone were very helpful. The booking was very misleading. I was asked for an additional £130 after booking the holiday because apparently the hotel hadn't updated their prices with you; that's very poor.”

“Very good in general, as I use hotel bookings all the time with them. I would have given 5 stars, but sunshine didn't pay up the correct amount on a popular cashback site. They claimed it refers to the wrong order number, but it doesn't. So a bit disingenuous from someone unfortunately. Had to email cashback site proof that I am correct.”
