“Ist time iv used sunshine holidays, but found it really easy, im 64 years old, so not to good with all this online booking thing? But was quitely surprised how easy it was, and the added bonus that u can pay in full b4 u go !”

“Very helpful staff and quite easy booking the holiday. Just wondered how to reserve the seats, as there are 6 of us, including 2 small children. Also, be aware that some cheaper flights are not leaving at the time that is entered at the top, when entering the search. I needed to cancel the first holiday choice and request a refund and then choose another with the correct dates. It took a while to call them and get the refund organised. I was told on email to claim it under the Refunds link, however, there was no Refunds link, which meant I had to call them again and after waiting on the the phone, a nice man confirmed that he had arranged for the refund to my card. So I am overall happy with their service.”

“Have use them 4 times now for hotel bookings. Perfect everytime - even though I once turned up in the Canaries to find there was no booking I ramg Sunshine immediately and they sorted it out there and then - turned out it was the hotels fault not Sunshine's to which they admitted to. Have use them again this year.”

“Used Sunshine twice now, future holiday booked in Feb 2021, like the payment system, and it's really easy to view you holiday, flights etc, will continue to use in the future, very impressed with this holiday company .”
