“Great short break, the hotel was definitely not 5 stars but that’s not your fault. We booked a family of 4 but you put us as a double, fortunately the changed us for free to a family but only after a night in a king size bed with our 2 kids, one being 14 ? A little bit more support as there were no reps or anyone to ask anything would of been nice.”

“i have a query regarding my account and find that it is almost impossible to contact their customer services without a long wait for an advisor and ridiculous phone charges!!! I will never book with them again.”
