“Takes too long to resolve a question with the holiday. 6 weeks to contact the hotel for a question regarding how we are going to obtain our room key when the reception states it closes prior to our arrival.”

“Still good as I’ve been with Sunshine lots of times over the last five years. I preferred it when the flight selection was completed prior to the hotels being offered. Hence the loss of one star.”
