“My hotel was cancelled 7 days before holidays. Refund i have to wait for 7 working days. Was booked more then 2 month before. Be careful.”

“We had holiday booked and as you know Thomas Cook bust thanks to sunshine we had no problems at getting our money back they were very helpful in letting us know about what we had to do our money was in our bank with in 5days I booked another holiday with them they were very helpful and friendly and will book with them again and again thank you sunshine for all your help the price of holidays are very good”

“Wasn’t impressed with hotel. Our rooms we’re dated, noisy and balcony view was a lane or back of restaurant. Other parts of the hotel looked fine so not sure if it just depends who you book through”

“Awful turned up at hotel hadn't even send confirmation to hotel sat around waiting for half the day to try and get hold of them coming home early hours tommorrow and we are stuck here cant get hold off anyone not taking any calls or anything. Cant log on to do boarding passes seats or anything been a stressful day with 4 children. As the same for the 1st day arriving we dont no what to do we are stuck here ... we dont no what to do cant log in gave us wrong codes to log in”

“My flights with Thomas Cook were lost when the Thomas Cook company collapsed. Sunshine emailed me the next day to say my full refund of my flights was available from them. I logged into the Sunshine website & clicked refund. I had my money refunded within 3 days & I did not even have to ask for it. Excellent service from Sunshine - they look after their customers post sale. Thank you!”

“Delighted with service i received from sunshine.co.uk was to fly with thomas cook in october. On Monday airline ceased to trade on Friday total price of my holiday was back in my bank account did not even have to contact them. Excellent service well done to all staff in Sunshine .co.uk”

“I just booked a holiday to tenerife paid in full went back to check the price and in two minutes after I paid the price dropped £50 I'm not very happy about this so if I don't hear from sunshine holidays soon I will not be travelling with them again”

“I got a bit mixed up when i tried to book are case on the plane and booking the sets next to each author so i rang up your desk the Lady on the phone was very helpful in fact she was brilliant and very friendly filling in are holiday checklist”

“Booked holiday on Monday. Money taken from bank holiday is still pending on Wed. They shouldn't have taken the money until the holiday was confirmed and it has passed the 48hr time frame so as far as I'm concerned it's not booked but they have my money.. Can't email can't ring no answer on any social media platform. Have taken ut up with cc company”
