“This was the first time I had used sunshine and I have to say I'm very impressed we booked a holiday but the flights were with another company they were so accomadating to change this, we have booked it all again the customer service is great they get straight back to you I have recommended them to family, friends and Co workers fantastic all round well done sunshine”

“The website is confusing. Although the ability to send/ receive messages is useful, the responses are misleading because when you send a message you receive an error message saying ‘your message has not been sent due to a transmission error’ - this in fact is incorrect. When Sunshine receives your message they ‘close ‘ it which if you don’t realise, could lead you to think they haven’t replied.”

“I had already booked my holiday with sunshine when Thomas cook collapsed, they were very prompt with their response on how they were dealing with the situation and I received my refund for my holiday back into my account within several days allowing me to rebook another holiday. I chose to book with sunshine again due to the quick response and refund very happy.”
