“Basic accommodation didn’t clean room as stated they would, didn’t see any info re having to pay local for safety deposit and air con”

“I got a bit mixed up when i tried to book are case on the plane and booking the sets next to each author so i rang up your desk the Lady on the phone was very helpful in fact she was brilliant and very friendly filling in are holiday checklist”

“Booked holiday on Monday. Money taken from bank holiday is still pending on Wed. They shouldn't have taken the money until the holiday was confirmed and it has passed the 48hr time frame so as far as I'm concerned it's not booked but they have my money.. Can't email can't ring no answer on any social media platform. Have taken ut up with cc company”

“I must say the service use guys have provided considering everything that is going on is amazing credit to use all will be defo booking with use again even tho I didnt get on holiday I was pleased with a full refund in a quick period of time thank use guys for making this situation better for myself and family”

“Tomas cook have gone into liquidation I was due to fly in a few days booked time of work got everything ready. They have just cancelled the full Holliday not even tried to make other flight arrangements. Been sent a refund but takes a week to get back but only takes a day for you to get my money. Absolutely fuming”

“Not happy with the full inclusive package I got sold over the phone, since it was a last minute, departing in few days holiday. It was my first and last time doing that, as it’s quite difficult to know what is being offered as they make the offers sound so appealing for the money you pay, when it’s not the case. All about selling anything for the profit, customer satisfaction does not seem to play much of a role. Due to such experience, I am not 100 percent sure I will be using sunshine again. Words cannot describe the disappointment and the information I got given on the phone that did not quite match the reality nor expectations of anything I paid for, starting from the place, location, hotel facilities, transfer and even timings of the flight as we got there in the very late night, pretty much on a new day, all tired out, and had to leave to the airport on the way back at 3 o’clock at night to get to the airport for 7:30 departure. Not very ideal. Hotel was placed in the location far away from nice beaches and beautiful spots, so there was a lot of travelling involved to get the most and best out of the dull location we were at, which also came with extra cost and eating out at least two times per day, due to very poor hotel English food and the same daily boring dishes, on an all inclusive deal. Disappointed and feel like I have been ripped off.”

“The website was easy to use, and bookings are easy to place. We did have a problem with our return flight, because it was already full. After a few short phone calls, we managed to find the same holiday, leaving a day later than intended, and a little bit cheaper. Overall we're happy with the outcome, and the service we recieved from the very helpful staff.”

“Booked with sunshine last year,very happy, followed up this year and recommend to friends and family but did see the price with yourselves £40 cheaper per person the morning after I booked. I’m sure you can understand my disappointment.”
