They suck. There's facilities in the airport. They gave me a car that was fully empty of gas. The car ran out of gas four blocks from the rental place and they said it wasn't their problem. The guy threatened me He said the gas situation was not his problem or fault. He should be fired.

It is a fraudulent company. Arrived in Antalya. Didn't receive the reserved car! The car rental company "Surprice" promised me a refund, which I never received. Stay away from such offers!!!

We rented a car at Belgrade airport. This was by far the WORST experience so far: - They didn't provide all the services contracted online- we booked wifi and the child seat. They managed to find a seat at the end, but we had to take the car without wifi for the same price. - Insurance that we booked was not valid for them, so they made the offer with their own insurance. - And the worst thing is that they tried to SCAM US when we dropped off the car. They wanted to charge a parking fine, while the fault was made one day before we took the car. The guy at their desk refused to contact the parking service and acted rude, saying that we should contact them, it's not their business. When I said I don't have any phone credit left, and we are in a hurry to catch a plane, he said he can't lend me a phone by any means. After recharging at the gas station near by, I contacted the parking service that confirmed that the fault was made on a day before we took the car. After a parking service lady had confirmed that directly to the desk guy (I passed the phone to him), he didn't even apologize. It is so said that services like this have a licence to operate. So, friendly advice, AVOID THIS AGENCY.

we booked a small Space St in ok condition , they helped me out by giving me a ne version I10 i think very good one much appreciate guys for the help . defo coming back !!

DO NOT RENT FROM SURPRICE. They are not located in the airport and you have to walk a way from the airport to catch a shuttle. You have to call them for a shuttle and wait for it to come pick you up. When and if they pick you up, they take you to a dark parking lot for the SCAM to begin. We had rented a car for a good price but when we went to pick up the car these SCAMMERS tried to charge us double. They began pressuring us in a dark parking lot to pay more money - While the car was right there, they wouldn't let us pick it up unless we agreed to pay double the original price. Once we realized what was going on, we were scared and desperately tried to get back to the airport. We were so thankful to finally get out of that parking lot and we went back to the airport to rent a car. We wasted 2 hours trying to pickup the car that we had rented - to no avail. These scammers know that there is a shortage of cars and they try to take advantage of you. As we left, they laughed at us and told us that we would be back to rent the car from them because we would not be able to rent a car at that late date. AGAIN, WE WERE SCARED IN A DARK PARKING LOT WITH THESE SCAMMERS. We are now fighting with our credit card company to have the charges removed. Yes they billed us for the vehicle that we did not receive

Manager Sean is racist (London Heathrow Airport Outlet). I (Asian) was rejected the car because i didn't have IDP. But another Australian customer got the car in front of our eyes even without the IDP. Singapore and Australia were once a British colony, we have the same side of driving etc and I don't see why I am unable to get the car. Wasted our time there for 2h+ to get a cancellation form. Initially Sean didn't want to give us the signed form and came up with various excuses, but because we stayed for a long and keep asking questions and researching he finally gave in. Fast forward 2 weeks later, the refund didn't pass because their "HQ" rejected it. Absolute nightmare and poor experience. Ruined my holiday. Please beware of this company. Their business model is based on their inhouse car insurance, denying a car to you (so they keep the money for free) and deposit that they collect (and never return them based on reviews). Even the location is far and scary. Typically choice of venue for scammer's modus operandi. Stay away or you're in for a Surprice.

Made reservations through priceline, got there, service was terrible, waited hours. Got to the counter to discover several hidden fees, hundreds of dollars then got a much smaller vehicle than I reserved. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more and go through enterprise, heyrz ect, your going to pay more anyway. Several people walked out. While I was there waiting several people leaving were waiting for hours for the shuttle to take them to the airport complaining of maybe missing their flight. Hope I don't have this problem.

6 mois apres la location, j'ai été debité, sans aucune autorisation de ma part, d'un montant de 61 euros, pour frais de gestion d'une amende que je n'ai jamais eu!!! la compagnie ne repond pas à mes demandes de remboursement. des escrocs! à fuir!

This place is absolutely horrible and is a scam- our flight was late and this company refused to give us the car we rented and prepaid which was right in the parking lot and wanted to charge us double the amount in addition to what we had already paid. Do not rent from here- it is a scam!!! It is not at the airport and in a scary dark parking lot- people were rude and we feared for our safety. We finally made it back to the airport and rented a car.

I see it as a dishonest company. They bring you to their door, then after, comes the nightmare. If you call them 5 times, you will get 5 different answers with 5 different accents. They did not tell me that the car was miles away from the airport. They did not tell me there was a required deposit, and they did not, ... they did not... I hate people who do business this way. They will never see my face as well as my wallet.

Would never use this company again let alone recommend them, totally conned me out of £480 pounds, told I had this as a refund never saw the money after several emails of them letting me it had been processed & to contact my bank, on talking to the bank no refund was ever received & after filing a complaint with my bank as I'd paid for it all on my Credit Card even they couldn't get me my refund as they even managed to con the bank. Don't use them & if you don't speak the language they will definitely con you

At scam levels yet on the EasyJet portal as agents. I booked for a week at a cost of £150. Then had to defer the flight by two days due to family crisis. I called them on the morning of arrival to defer. I was told by a gruff, disinterested Italian person who told me that as I wasn’t there, I couldn’t defer, would lose all my money and any rebook would be at full price. Arrogant, unjust, rude and recommend you avoid.

Schandalig bedrijf, werken onder Carjet. Ze kwamen ten eerste niet opdagen en na vele telefoontjes waar continu excuses werden aangeboden en dat ze onderweg waren nog steeds niet. Vervolgens beweren naar Carjet dat wij niet in staat waren de luchthaven te verlaten!!!! Terwijl we opgepikt zouden worden. Ten tweede ook nog eens vervalste annuleringspapieren sturen waar zogenaamd mijn handtekening op zou staan. Maar die is gewoon vervalst, gewoon niet mijn handtekening.

The guy st the Fort Lauderdale rental hub whose name is Andrew was extremely disappointing. Arrived from NY for a 5 day fishing vacation with my 93 year old dad who is a navy veteran. We had an issue with insurance coverage and Andrew refused to help. Final outcome was he canceled our rental which was booked through Priceline and Told us to get out of the office.

Do not waste your time or money !!! We rented from the Fort Lauderdale, FL airport. It was the worst experience that I have ever had with renting a car. First off we rented through Priceline who never informed us that we would have to read the fine print of the agreement. When we got there to pick the car up the rental car company only accepts a limited amount of insurance company's and basically makes you purchase there insurance if you do not have the ones they accept. Plus you have to put up a $500.00 deposit for the insurance. This has never happened to us in our 40 years of traveling all over the U.S. They also have all cars equipped with EZ Pass so you have to pay the $12.95 fee for each day or get doubled billed with your own pass. They also have no information updated on website for their new office to return car and not all shuttle buses from airport say One Switch on them. The process and the extra cost was not worth the aggravation. Just rent a car from inside the airport and not off site you'll end up paying just as much if you go with this company.

This company need to be closed , tens of very bad reviews all over the place. They are scammers. In 30th of october I rent a car which they block me a deposit of £1600, they pushed me to get a insurance for £400/week, which I did not as I had a premium insurance already. ON return they found a small chip on a screen which was there before and they write on papers that I have to Pay 500 for full windscreen replace as they don't fix chips. I refuse to sign the papers and they become aggresive , they attack me , they address me very bad words in front of my family with a small kid around which was crying, pushed me out 3 mens out of the office and need to call police on 112 a they were very aggresive and few other carwash staff around gather together around us. They supposed to drive us back to airport and they didn't and need to book a Uber to return as we are about to miss flight. We spend 2 hours in there with 3x police mens in order to make them to accept the car without signature for 500 euro as they said If I don't sign , the car will be practically abandoned and they will charge me for full car, absolutelly shambolic, scammers and primitive behaviour

Try to avoid at any costs. The first car almost got on fire, the second had also technical issues and was very very old [ 300k on the dashboard] and the third was OKish. 4 weeks on and did not receive my deposit back ( 700 Euro). Almost ruined the holiday.

NEVER rent from this company - FALSE ADVERTISING! They will charge you 3X what your rental is advertised at!! It is abysmal !
