“Hi, the ordering was smooth and the delivery quite fast. It was announced in some days, it took 15 days, mostly due to the second courier, who was not the same who took care of the first sector in France. The delivery was done to the wrong address, even. Nevertheless I got it. I did not test it yet. What was not nice, is the fact that no isntructions, nor drawings were included; and in the website there are not even. also the screws length for assembling the mast, nor indication of the deepness of the rails, are available anywhere. We asked already several times to the online support. The support answers promptly, very appreciated, however has not the answers ready. Waiting for the feedback still.”

“I bought the Pump Foil Ailr Lauch Deck. It`s realy easy to pump and install. But unfortunately it dosn`t work. The Takoon-Website promisis a smooth start with the Lauch Deck. Thats not possible because the Pump-Foil-Board actually sticks to the Deck! Kind regards - Oliver”

“Test ce jour de la v3pro en 5m. Déjà heureux possesseur de la v3 ultra et bien Takoon a fait du sacré boulot sur ce coup là. Ce n’est pas juste un changement de tissu, c’est vraiment une nouvelle aile qui gagne sur tous points. Légèreté, neutralité, rigidité un peu plus de power…. Du gain sur tous les points. Une excellente aile livré avec un sac extensible qui permet de laisser son boom monté. Le boom, top! À avoir absolument!”

“Les vis fournies du mât carbone assurant la jonction avec le flotteur sont trop courtes (25mm) et contrairement à ce que montre l’image, le harnais de wing est livré sans crochet !! 😕 D’autre part le français étant une belle langue, je me demande pourquoi la moitié des communications reçues sont en anglais ? Mais je me réjouis d’essayer ce nouveau foil qui a belle allure. Claude”

“My pump foil fuselage broke during normal use, during warranty time. Now I am waiting since 8 weeks for a replacement. It was promised, appearantly also sent out, but it doesnt clear customs because of invoice problems. (I live in switzerland) Now the second time they tried to send it, same thing happens and It is again held by chronopost because of invoice problems. I only get responses by mail (which seem repetative, maybe AI assisted) and no way to get someone on the phone to try to solve the issue. The bad review? I just think its too long to wait 8 weeks for a replacement fuselage.”
