“So I have ordered a lot of merchandise from temp i have come to find out when they say they refund your money they put it as a credit to my account in which I can never use. “This was the worst experience I've ever had. The quality of the products was very poor, and the packaging they send is low-quality. Yet, they expect returns to be in perfect condition. I requested a refund to my original payment method, but they issued it as TEMU credit instead. I’m extremely frustrated with this purchase.”
“TEMU, I did everything you asked of me. I provided scan cons for each and everyone of the items I returned. These were not RETURN items of whimsy. At the time your company required a return under one shipping label. . You asked for everything to be sent in a specific way and that is exactly how I sent it. You have stolen so much money. TEMU refused to scan everything and return my money. This was a huge box roughly 2 ft.². I Was never getting credit for the items I sent in that box. However, I did send was every single thing that I had sent back in that box.. IN THAT BOX. What I do have, however, is the scan code for every single thing I put in the box. I have pictures of said scan codes. I immediately took the pictures as I put them in the box . TEMU you can check the timestamps do whatever you need to do. I’m not going away. Thieves. I have the scan code pictures- I AM NOT GOING AWAY.”

“Temu is horrible. They steal from you and I speak from experience. I never ordered a thing from them. I didn’t even get a chance to seen a few things that I liked especially with the pricing so I added my card to the account did not order because I didn’t get paid yet so I didn’t order and I wasn’t sure if I was indefinite about the purchase yet if I was gonna wait until my next paycheck after that first because I had to go over my bills, sudden money was taking out of my account Immediately and I didn’t get a single product at that point and then a couple months later I got a sauna soup that I didn’t even look at sent to me so I had to go back to UPS to send it back and request a refund to full refund and they have not gave it to me and they’re saying that they did give me the money and they’re sending proof that they said it but it’s not proof. It’s their lie because my bank account statement is showing that a single penny was refunded to me Section on my bank account.”

“Temu will entice you with ‘free gifts’ that are all basically garbage. And then you get charged on your credit card for said free gifts. Customer service will take a ticket and then do nothing about it . I was charged hundreds of dollars for garbage.
They will then flood your emails and texts with offers if $100 in free credits. But when you actually go to select items ..:.you will not see your credits anywhere or against your purchases. Avoid their products and service model at all cost. You will have better luck at a dollar store”

“Bought 4 chairs. Received 3 pack of fitting kits. Screw holes are not matched with chair holes, impossible to erect them. Free 90 days return but you need to pack them. These chairs are coming with massive box 1.4m wide. The original box was badly damaged. Now I need to find a box big enough to send them back. Also you need to pay for postage and Temu will reimburse with their voucher. You need to spend more. The customer service was bad. Suggested for me to buy a big box from post office at your own expense.
These are my second purchase of furniture. Both ended with disaster. Avoid.”

“I’m writing to share my experience with Temu and how they are misleading customers. Whenever you open the app, they show tons of offers and complimentary items. This is just a trick they might give you 2 free items, but only if you make a purchase of around 150 AED. Otherwise, you won’t get the free items. To make things worse, they often increase the prices of other products to double or even triple the original cost, which you may not realize at first. Think about it who would give something away for free with no catch? This is one of the biggest scams Temu is pulling on its customers.
Here in Dubai, we have a store called Day to Day where you can get everything at much cheaper prices and with great quality. For example, I saw a bag at Day to Day for 13.99 AED, but the exact same bag on Temu was priced at 26 AED. You might think it’s just a 12 AED difference, but when you order multiple items, the price difference adds up quickly.
I’m not blaming the quality of all their products some are decent. But Temu is fooling us by offering fake discounts, cheap prices, and so-called "free" items. Nothing is truly free with Temu, so please be aware.”
“Your app shows that my item was delivered. Not true I was decorating my front yard with holiday items at the specified time it stated it was delivered. I asked for a refund and I was denied. TEMU lost a loyal frequent customer 😡”
“When I selected free gifts and made an order at the same time, I was billed full price for the free gifts along with the other merchandise. I have ordered clearance items only to be charged full price. I have also been shipped the wrong items. Their customer service is about the worst I have seen. Friends keep telling me how great Temu is and that I should give them another chance. I decided to give one last chance and of course I get another wrong item and also got charged full price on two "free" items. I am not having any sucre with customer service. The chat keeps getting closed on me and I have to start all over with someone else.”

“I did the free spin and won 3 items at 100 percent free. When I went to the check out, for some reason there was still a $20 plus taxes charge. Free shipping as well so what is the charge? 100 percent free is supposed to be 109 percent free. Instead at checkout it says $188 minus $168. That my friends is a scam and a waste of my time.”
