“Never had any trouble at first, then the trouble started on my last order, for a first they was a early delivery, we was still on holiday until the 27th September,
They wanted to deliver on the 25th September, I informed both temu and evry delivery service to not deliver before the 27th September,, bad move on my part , they replied no problem they will deliver on the 27th September,
27th September comes when we home , waited in all day ,,no parcel????? Eventually got through to them with a lot of messing about,, them !!!!! It's gone back to the sender ????,?
But I don't want it sent back to the sender I replied, don't worry we will sort it out customer service said ,,,, what a joke customer service is on both temu and evri !!!! Up to now still no parcel,, last message from them ,,,, re order , ps I would like to add a photo but I ain't no parcel to photo !!!!!!!!!!!”
“Im the luckiest person in ths galaxy. Every time i spin the free gift or discount, I’ll get the highest voucher, highest free gift or one more chance. But the sad things was i need to spend more than the discount price to get the price. Maybe temu think all people is still a primary school student. After 20 days my order never received and im thinking that i will not receive anything. Temu did a good job in earning good profit for them. Well done 👍”

“I ordered here last holiday and just did order sept20 it takes 2 weeks to get here and you can not contact them it seems . I looked at the tracking and it went from south of me to where i live . So i thought maybe it would get delivered this was yesterday and checked the update and went back hour in half south of me. How does that make sense its October 1s this us ridiculous”

Not only they sell you junks and hold your money but also if you want to delete your account they intentionally do not allow you to close it by not sending you verification code to your email and pretending you have an issue with your email. They intentionally trying to over inflatw the number of their customers by refusing to close their account. This company is an absolute scam”
“This site so far am not impressed with. They give you coupons. But really they aren’t giving you nothing. I get better buys at kohls. I order some fall Decorations. If the Quality isn't decent . I’ll return them and go to Ross or TJ Maxx. Once you figure out the price covers & pillows to go inside the cushions. You paying as much as you would at Ross. I do a lot of shopping. I know quality. I’m very weary about buying anything really expensive from the site. Because I think most of their things are lower Quality. But what I ordered so far it’s not good quality things. Waiting on one order to come and if it isn’t decent it will go back. I won’t order anything else.”
“Temu is a ripoff I sat there, 30 minutes, playing their game and won three free gifts and now they refused to ship them to me. They told me the game was not completed well I have all the proof of game was completed and it asked for my shipping address as the end and now they’re saying that they cannot give me the free gifts, don’t trust any other games they’re just trying to get you to order their items offering free shipping and then they tried to charge me for shipping. They are just a total waste of time. Their products are not that great anyway.”
“tricky cheater temu will pay here and hereafter for playing this game with customers i receive damage items when i complaint temu said that they will refunded my half amount but befor that temu has start a game of issuing 20 % discount voucher which blocks the checkout for minimum if i want to use my refunded half amount i should pay 5 times more to checkout my order this is the temu's policy or trap or tricky game be aware all of my dear friends”
“This compaany choose bad compaanies to delivery like GoBolt. Uspet. I send the "request" to customer service to GoBolt. I explained all details about my address that is correct. I checked the update delivery from Temu. Apparently that GoBolt did not delivery my packages because the wrong address. Nobody answer the phone number and I did not receive any feedback about my request from GoBolt, not any appologies about "not delivery". And another delivery never happned. I had to chat online wit Temu aabout what happned and Temu fefund my money back because I did not receive my product..They delivered wrong door another packcage.Run away from GoBolt....I talked a lot times with Temu about GoBolt (bad delivery aand poor costumer service; nobody answer the phone number).
Upset!!!!

“Do not buy any expensive item from this site. They do not refund if your order was delivered to a wrong address. I ordered a portable AC unit. The delivery was made to a different house. I was charged for it because the delivery was made so Temu didn’t think it would be unfair if the delivery was not to my address. I was out $200. The merchant and Temu didn’t do anything to help me.”
