“Be careful about the scams of this company. Not only they sell you junks and hold your money but also if you want to delete your account they intentionally do not allow you to close it by not sending you verification code to your email and pretending you have an issue with your email. They intentionally trying to over inflatw the number of their customers by refusing to close their account. This company is an absolute scam”
“This site so far am not impressed with. They give you coupons. But really they aren’t giving you nothing. I get better buys at kohls. I order some fall Decorations. If the Quality isn't decent . I’ll return them and go to Ross or TJ Maxx. Once you figure out the price covers & pillows to go inside the cushions. You paying as much as you would at Ross. I do a lot of shopping. I know quality. I’m very weary about buying anything really expensive from the site. Because I think most of their things are lower Quality. But what I ordered so far it’s not good quality things. Waiting on one order to come and if it isn’t decent it will go back. I won’t order anything else.”
“Temu is a ripoff I sat there, 30 minutes, playing their game and won three free gifts and now they refused to ship them to me. They told me the game was not completed well I have all the proof of game was completed and it asked for my shipping address as the end and now they’re saying that they cannot give me the free gifts, don’t trust any other games they’re just trying to get you to order their items offering free shipping and then they tried to charge me for shipping. They are just a total waste of time. Their products are not that great anyway.”

“This compaany choose bad compaanies to delivery like GoBolt. Uspet. I send the "request" to customer service to GoBolt. I explained all details about my address that is correct. I checked the update delivery from Temu. Apparently that GoBolt did not delivery my packages because the wrong address. Nobody answer the phone number and I did not receive any feedback about my request from GoBolt, not any appologies about "not delivery". And another delivery never happned. I had to chat online wit Temu aabout what happned and Temu fefund my money back because I did not receive my product..They delivered wrong door another packcage.Run away from GoBolt....I talked a lot times with Temu about GoBolt (bad delivery aand poor costumer service; nobody answer the phone number).
Upset!!!!

“Do not buy any expensive item from this site. They do not refund if your order was delivered to a wrong address. I ordered a portable AC unit. The delivery was made to a different house. I was charged for it because the delivery was made so Temu didn’t think it would be unfair if the delivery was not to my address. I was out $200. The merchant and Temu didn’t do anything to help me.”
