Ps 6: La TEMUU, comanda mi- ajuns într.o LUNĂ avariată si nu exagerez sau mint. Eu am principii solide. A trebuit s.o trimit înapoi si sa.mi returneze banii in 14 zile ziceau ei, în contul lor TEMUU, ca sa te influențeze sa cumperi altceva tot de la ei, ca doar, nu sunt fraieri, nu direct pe cardul de unde au extras banii intr.o secundă. M-am certat cu ei in call-center, unde au numai pakistanezi si nigerieni angajați, vbesc prost o engl.stricată de baltă.Le.am zis sa.mi returneze imediat banii ca altfel sun la OPC. “I had placed several orders and received my product on time then I ordered wire for auto repair and they did not tell me until after shipment was in route it would be months before I received my item. I still don't have it , turns out it was mailed to me via a cargo ship. I won't be seeing it for at least a month. Then they charged my card for a product and shipping charges that I never ordered when I found out via a email tracking number I immediately contacted them . I must pay return shipping to get reimbursement on the tool charge but I eat shipping both ways . Which equals out to as much as the product. I'm reporting them to attorney general office and taking the false order in the meantime.”

“I have been scammed twice in the last two years (not by TEMU), and had to get a new debit card each time. I have tried to limit use of my debit card online to just Amazon. My phone rings three times a day with scammers, and they have phony sites on the internet. Unless or until this stops, I will continue to solo with Amazon. I especially do not intend to deal with Chinese companies. I have had previous experience with other Chinese companies (not TEMU), and have received damaged goods, and lost all but 20% of my money. “TEMU sells nothing but very cheap quality products/Clothing etc. that is very very thin fabrics or really ill-fitting. It's such cheap quality that even Walmart will sell you better quality fabric of alot of their clothing than Temu. Even everything else is worse than what Walmart sells you and that's saying alot about TEMU how awful this company's products are. Plus after reading reviews about people havin money charged to credit card I’m going to lock it out on purchases from them. I can’t trust them to many reviews in a negative lite. “I recently had a terrible experience with TEMU. I placed an order, and after three weeks, I received a message from their delivery team stating that my package would be delivered that day. However, I didn't receive any calls from them. Later that evening, their delivery person called and asked me to come to their van, which was parked near my apartment. I was unable to leave my flat at that time and requested that he deliver the package to my door. He refused, saying he was busy. When I threatened to complain to TEMU and the delivery team, he said it was fine and that I could complain. Shortly after, I received a message from both TEMU and the delivery team claiming my package had been delivered, even though I hadn't received anything.
I complained to TEMU, and they initially said they would resolve the issue within 24 hours. After 20 hours, they replied that their investigation showed the order had been delivered, so I wasn't eligible for a refund. They suggested I search around my flat, implying the package might have been left somewhere nearby. Since I didn't receive the items, I can't return them, and without returning the items, I can't get a refund. I'm out the money I spent and have no idea who took my package.
TEMU's delivery team isn't reliable, and TEMU doesn't require any signature or proof of delivery to confirm the delivery. I've attached TEMU's response, where a senior representative clearly states the package might have been left outside my flat. This is unacceptable.
If you're considering buying anything from TEMU, this is a warning. There are already numerous complaints about their app's security issues, and now their trustworthiness is in question. If you must buy from them, choose cash on delivery; otherwise, you might lose your money if the delivery team fails to deliver your package properly or worse, steals it.”
