“WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM TEMU!!!
I have ordered at least 10 items from them, mostly Furniture since July 13. Most of the items went to the wrong city or it was false advertising. I can only view my account for orders made from July 22 through July 25.
I am having to file fraud complaints and disputes with my bank so they can help resolve.
I have spent no less than 16 hours on chat and phone calls. It is not worth it.
Please share this post with all of your friends and public. I do not want anybody else to make the same costly mistake that I did. ”

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with your service. I placed an order totaling over R300, though I do not recall the exact amount. Like any customer, I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my items. However, I did not receive them.
Instead, I received messages from Buffalo International Logistics requesting payment for import taxes. Unfortunately, I was unable to pay the taxes at that time. Despite being informed that I had 45 days to make the payment, my parcel was destroyed well before the 45-day period had elapsed. All the messages indicated that the parcel would be returned to the sender, not destroyed.
To add to my frustration, there is no contract number to call for assistance. The only contact provided is a WhatsApp number, which offers only three options and connects to an AI rather than an actual person. This lack of human support is highly disappointing.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received and seek a resolution to this matter. I request that you look into this issue and provide a satisfactory solution.
I received the first message from Buffalo International Logistics to say they have my parcel and requested payment for import taxes on 19 June 2024 and it was discarded on 17 July 2024. This is not even 30 days.

“I am so DISAPPOINTED with Temu. After leaving so many glowing reviews and l I can believe I have to give 1 star. I had a package go missing/ never received it. There is no Pic of where or if the package was left. I contacted Temu CS and was told "sorry it was delivered and there's nothing we can do". I was stunned. Over $100 package goes missing and sorry but we can't do anything. No refund, no reissue the package. That's NOT ok. I tried contacting another CS rep. Thinking this can't be right but again I was told sorry but nothing we can do. Temu this is NOT ok. I have ordered soooo many orders and have only ever had an issue once when the package was left at the front door. Which is 4-5 feet from the sidewalk on a very busy road. I should say my address specifically has backdoor in the address with special instructions of leave at backdoor.
Needless to say I am done ordering from Temu and will be returning the next couple hundred dollars in orders.”
“The shipping bag ripped in transit and one of the items went missing. They won't refund. I lodged a PayPal dispute and they said I needed a police report. The refund I was asking for was $2.78. Never shopping there again.”

Everytime there’s free stuff they go and trick you with more to buy, and once you ready to paid they get you to spend more and more, I love temu, but I don’t like how they keep changing the rewards and gift. Is a game”
“Saw a picture on Temu showing a pair if mirror gold shoes which was just what i wanted. When they arrived they certainly was Not mirror shine, just a normal pair of the usual metallic type and not representative if the picture on their site, also far too big and no way could you keep the ankle strap on these slingbacks from slipping down

Încercați site-uri care nu-s CHINEZĂRII, ci, de firme renumite internaționale, ca, BEST SECRET, de unde cumperi, doar pe baza de invitație.Unde au reduceri de 65 si 85% la haine-încălțăminte de barbați, femei şi copii, haine de înaltă calitate.Vă ofer daca va interesează.Msj în privat. Ps 1: Eu n-am niciun beneficiu ca va ofer dvs invitatia. :)
Ps 2: Dureaza 10-12 zile până îți ajung produsele!!!Cât dai, ATÂTA face!
Ps 3: Influenkărițele care RECOMANDĂ aceste site-uri, PRIMESC GRATIS articole de la ei, pentru promovare!
Ps 4: Daca va uitati atent la poză, cu haine, veți constata că, cutia shein este lângă o butelie mizerabilă şi prăfuită.
Ps 5: Te mai şi BOMBARDEAZA non-stop cu 10000 de notificări si msje cu produse promoționale, pe mail si pe app lor.Daca faceți GREŞEALA sa cumpărați de la ei, după ce v-au ajuns produsele, ŞTERGEȚI IMEDIAT APLICAȚIA LOR DIN TELEFON PT. CĂ, CONȚINE VIRUŞI!Haideți sa ne ajutăm si susținem între noi şi să nu ne mai mințim ca fraierele!!Să fim măcar putin ca bărbații!
Ps 6: La TEMUU, comanda mi- ajuns într.o LUNĂ avariată si nu exagerez sau mint. Eu am principii solide. A trebuit s.o trimit înapoi si sa.mi returneze banii in 14 zile ziceau ei, în contul lor TEMUU, ca sa te influențeze sa cumperi altceva tot de la ei, ca doar, nu sunt fraieri, nu direct pe cardul de unde au extras banii intr.o secundă. M-am certat cu ei in call-center, unde au numai pakistanezi si nigerieni angajați, vbesc prost o engl.stricată de baltă.Le.am zis sa.mi returneze imediat banii ca altfel sun la OPC. “I had placed several orders and received my product on time then I ordered wire for auto repair and they did not tell me until after shipment was in route it would be months before I received my item. I still don't have it , turns out it was mailed to me via a cargo ship. I won't be seeing it for at least a month. Then they charged my card for a product and shipping charges that I never ordered when I found out via a email tracking number I immediately contacted them . I must pay return shipping to get reimbursement on the tool charge but I eat shipping both ways . Which equals out to as much as the product. I'm reporting them to attorney general office and taking the false order in the meantime.”
