“I took a chance and ordered from TEMU A number of times. yes, their prices were very good, the delivery, although it’s longer than usual, tracking was very good also. For the most part, I’m satisfied with my orders. However, recently, I’m receiving a huge amount of emails of offers – I think I have over 250 of them in the past two weeks! I placed a new order, which was very difficult to process! Many pop-ups, Coupons that were offered to me, then immediately disappeared Disconnections, only to have to start all over again. But what I did find out. Is that the free items to the coupons that they offer immediately are revoked,if you have it I an issue With any item, even though the remaining order is still in process. Also, more restrictions! In the past, everything was ordered from Temu -now you’re a different vendors that you don’t get coupons, free items, discounts etc.. for.Some of the items were not even close to the description.. it’s become a real hassle now to order from TEMU,And if you try to get some support via chat,you receive only generic responses .It’s really not worth the time and effort any more.too bad😖”

I used to like this app until I didn't receive the last package I ordered and been trying to get help for a week now but all I get is having to repeat the same messages explaining my issue and getting the same replies and being told to wait 24 hour and not receiving any reply after 24 hour so I have to start again repeating everything just to be told that they will review the issue and get back to me in 24 hours. I just found out this business isn't even BBB accredited.”

“I placed an order of 32 clothes items. They were shipped in a bag by USPS. The bag was caught in the machine at the post office & only 1 item arrived. (Temu only insured package for $100). I could not get Temu to do anything about the matter. I had pictures proving this situation happen.
They would not even help me with the USPS. Their customer service is terrible. You never can talk to a live person. Now I am out of $293.68. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM…..”

“They are scammer, recently asked me to send my card pictures saying to protect customer finance which is unbelievable and never happened with anyone or anywebsite before. I refused and deleted my account. In addition, it is very bad website, selling bad quality items, the items are totally different than the pictures on the website. Most of the pictures on the listings are fake and misleading. Both expensive and cheap items are very bad quality. Also advertised fake sales”
“First 3 purchases went smoothly, they were $60, $3,& $9. when tried to buy something today for $11, it's telling me I MUST spend $40 as a minimum. I asked their support robot, i keep getting the same response. 'please add more stuff to your cart to meet the minimum'
went and bought the same items from Ali express, same price no fuss. when meet $15 shipping is free. if under $15 - $2.99 shipping. so much more transparent
