“I have been scammed twice in the last two years (not by TEMU), and had to get a new debit card each time. I have tried to limit use of my debit card online to just Amazon. My phone rings three times a day with scammers, and they have phony sites on the internet. Unless or until this stops, I will continue to solo with Amazon. I especially do not intend to deal with Chinese companies. I have had previous experience with other Chinese companies (not TEMU), and have received damaged goods, and lost all but 20% of my money. “TEMU sells nothing but very cheap quality products/Clothing etc. that is very very thin fabrics or really ill-fitting. It's such cheap quality that even Walmart will sell you better quality fabric of alot of their clothing than Temu. Even everything else is worse than what Walmart sells you and that's saying alot about TEMU how awful this company's products are. The cheap prices are enticing but I've discovered that no one is really getting a great deal..sure ..if you're ok literally with garbage products/items from this rip off company from China... Plus after reading reviews about people havin money charged to credit card I’m going to lock it out on purchases from them. I can’t trust them to many reviews in a negative lite. “I recently had a terrible experience with TEMU. I placed an order, and after three weeks, I received a message from their delivery team stating that my package would be delivered that day. However, I didn't receive any calls from them. Later that evening, their delivery person called and asked me to come to their van, which was parked near my apartment. I was unable to leave my flat at that time and requested that he deliver the package to my door. He refused, saying he was busy. When I threatened to complain to TEMU and the delivery team, he said it was fine and that I could complain. Shortly after, I received a message from both TEMU and the delivery team claiming my package had been delivered, even though I hadn't received anything.
I complained to TEMU, and they initially said they would resolve the issue within 24 hours. After 20 hours, they replied that their investigation showed the order had been delivered, so I wasn't eligible for a refund. They suggested I search around my flat, implying the package might have been left somewhere nearby. Since I didn't receive the items, I can't return them, and without returning the items, I can't get a refund. I'm out the money I spent and have no idea who took my package.
TEMU's delivery team isn't reliable, and TEMU doesn't require any signature or proof of delivery to confirm the delivery. I've attached TEMU's response, where a senior representative clearly states the package might have been left outside my flat. This is unacceptable.
If you're considering buying anything from TEMU, this is a warning. There are already numerous complaints about their app's security issues, and now their trustworthiness is in question. If you must buy from them, choose cash on delivery; otherwise, you might lose your money if the delivery team fails to deliver your package properly or worse, steals it.”
“Yes I have removed there app I have bought a lot from temu some items okay some good stuff but I ordered a storage shed and it was not good so I tried to return it and they won't print a shipping label because it says it is above their shipping rate in weight.so I would have to mail it in separately costing a lot of money.when you can't find a address or phone number for them every thing is animated or you don't have a choice to true in any thing on their chat sounds pretty bad so I won't be purchasing anything from them in the future.”

FedEx delivered to. Well of course the picture was not of my porch. Reached out to FedEx who says the tracking number I provided (which is on my account) is incorrect and does not match my name. I have sent 3 online messages to the manufacturer (suggested by Temu) and have yet to receive a response. I've been trying for days to get this settled to no avail!!! Guess I can kiss that money good bye! This was my first and last time ordering anything from Temu!”

I find it amazing how they shut down certain parts of the games when you’re close enough to get the free items. Most of the times they want you to buy something to get the g’s you need to advance. I made an order for CHF 71 on July 14, which they claim was delivered on July 22. The shipping company they used is unprofessional, which explains the low cost of this site. They mentioned that the order was delivered, but it wasn't. No one contacted us or knocked on the door, and it is not possible to leave such a large package in the mailbox.
When I contacted Temu, they said they couldn't refund or reship the order until their investigation was complete. Three days passed, and I contacted them daily. They assured me my request was a high priority and that I had to wait a maximum of 24 hours, but this was extended several times. They eventually sent an email stating the order was delivered and they couldn't refund or reship it, suggesting I check if the package was left in an unexpected place. What?!
When I contacted them again, their responses were copy-pasted and showed a lack of care. This company is very dangerous and not recommended at all. They lure you into buying, fail to deliver, send you copy-paste messages, and in the end, you make a donation without receiving anything.”

Sent me doubles on some small items I didn't order, and left other I did, out. I will never order anything from this terrible cheap site again. Find better products in your local doller stores.”

I want to believe they didn't give my details to anyone but it's to much of a coincidence that a friend also had the same thing happen after using Temu.. I got a few items that weren't the greatest but that was a risk I was willing to take. Not to have money stolen from me.”
