“Oh my where do I start. I decided to give Temu a chance . Sorry that I did . I can go on for days but it’s late here and I want this to be known . I ordered clothes , big , stains , threads out . I ordered religious plates for my shelf in my kitchen dented . I ordered outdoor solar owls four to be exact. Only two worked . I contacted customer service he kept going and going asking for videos etc . The solar owls say they are twelve inches sure if you count the long plastic pole that holds the owl and sticks in the ground. I ordered a small garden fence that stated 25 pieces . I contacted Temu in advance , because I knew this wasn’t going to turn out as advertised . I was told by a “ specialist of Temu “ he/ she quarantined my quantity . I received ten pieces . I was livid. They basked me did I want to cancel and reorder . Hell no , this way if I did id be covering up the 25 piece and “ not “ ten . Well I received the ten “ not “ the 25 pieces , as advertised . I explained this is considered “ false advertising “. I received a full refund .I ordered a wig , ready for this . The wig stated 109% human hair “ unprocessed Brazilian “ with tax like $44 and change . I thought not a bad deal . Oh was I wrong “ NEVER EVER AGAIN “. The wig was supposed to be 14 inches here are photos of what I received right out of the package . After contacting Temu when I arrived home . The representative stated I would have to wait 24 hours . I lost it ( long story shorter ). They claim I was transferred to a Temu specialist who offered me $13.31 “ again I literally lost it “. Temu sent me a wig that was supposed to be 14 inches it was to my hairline in the back ( didn’t cover my neck ) chopped all over . The “ specialist “ claimed give them 24 hours . I don’t think so they sent me a chopped up wig and as I stated it didn’t take 24 hours for them to take my money . I told them “ obviously “ their warehouse aren’t checking returns . Then he/ she “ bots “ told me I needed to wait 5 -14 business days . I don’t think so , I told them I will “ NEVER “ do business with this company ever again. And if I didn’t get my money asap I would be contacting bbb and consumers. They lie , they cheat and they steal . I see review's , and am SMH laughing . I will stick with a more reputable company.
Here are the pictures of the 14” human wig I would say this place is a joke . But that’s putting in nicely . Something is definitely “ iffy “ about this company . “ IF “ I need to contact a company every single time I order and get “ bots “ repeatedly saying the same thing over and over again . I don’t need to shop here . Take a look at this wig . And if I were you all . I’d shop where you can trust .

“They attract people with free gifts and even if yiu invite the whole planet you will not get it and you the games that you play in the app for free gifts you can reach 99% easily but the last 1% percent to get the gift even if you stay for a year you will never get it. I watered for 780 times but in the first 100 or 200 watering you reach 99% of getting the gift then the last 1% will take for ever even if you buy items or invite new users it will keep going to 0.05 and less but will never reach”
“I have read the reviews and I believed after purchasing but I am happy to say that it’s very genuine and proper event though I didn’t know about the import taxes but I understand because I was so frustrated that I at the buffalo deliver company lady but she assured me and I could track my delivery even after seeing a status that I’d didn’t know that the delivery has been delayed.”

“I have been shopping on Temu for several months now. I have been pleased with almost all purchases I've made and trust me it's been quite a few. I have purchased clothes (ladies and baby), shoes, handbags, furniture, artwork, kitchen items, all types of flowers, wreaths, trees, lamps, makeup, games, candles...the list goes on. Now I am shopping for items for my business. A couple of things to know...shipping does take a little longer, so patience is a must, although the do offer urgent shipment. For the most part items are packaged well, but they seldom ship in boxes and do not use packing materials. Unfortunately some items I purchased arrived damaged, but there was no problem getting refunded. The only downside is you have to repurchase your damaged item and often times it is out of stock. Hoping Temu makes an effort to secure items going forward. Customer Service was pleasant to work with. I did have to enlist their help a few times. I realize not everyone has a good experience, particularly with electronics and items similar. As for me, I do recommend Temu for many things and appreciate receiving quality merchandise at a very discounted price. I have saved so much by shopping with Temu and am grateful. It is unbelievable to me how retailers mark the prices up...scary actually.
Anyway, I do recommend you give Temu a try. I try to write helpful reviews for people, so if you do shop using Temu, please write a review. It helps consumers immensely. Thank you.”
“Their support persons are polite. They respect you. But no specific answer is given. They claim the "merchant" will contact us, but never happens. I spent some 400 dollars on an electric bike, but the next time you click it, the battery apparently is not included. Alright. Now at least connect me to the merchant so that I can order the correct battery. It's like a pipe dream after that.”

“90% of the merchandise I've ordered has been a joke. Recently I was just checking on the site looking fir a gun holster that is no longer available I wake up the next morning my checking account has been wiped out by Temu and they are refusing to refund my money. No merchandise caused overdraft and I had to file Bbb complaint consumer complaint even get assistance from an attorney to help me get my money back. These people are theives. I've even emailed the CEOs office.”
