“Some products are not as described and returns or refunds are not easy.
I am SO OVER the Spinning wheel discount EVERY TIME I go into the site that doesn't even give you any actual discount and just WAISTS TIME.
That makes me jump out rather than browse and is what prompted me to go write a review and give 2 stars.

“I've ordered on a few dates now. The only delivery that hit the desired time was Christmas so far. I currently have 2 orders that seem to be stuck in delivery although both stated they are past customs. I most likely will not use temu again after these two orders come through, if they come through. If not money back anyway. Nothing lost nothing gained. I would not recommend temu.”

Alot of reviews are negative because of racism and probably big tech paying fake reviews because they do not want to lose market shares. You think Amazon doesn't collect your personal data? LOL. “I was sceptical about ordering online because of scams and fraud going on but once me and my family started ordering from temu we can't stop I love it the product are good quality they are reasonable better than the stores I ordered so much down to clothes watches clothes shoes for my son and toys my son loves temu he be going on Thier adding stuff to the cart we just ordered a bondle of things more than one orders it's just amazing I would recommend temu I just ored my husband some house shoes and he loves them no complaints he loves temu yes we will continue to order from them yes they beat the store prices you can get more than I itdem for less price and I love how they will let you know where your package is when it's being picked when it's on a flight and what post office it's at and u get a text when it's been delivered to you who ever haven't tryed temu I recommend u do so I don't mind the wait for my orders they send it when they say they delivery date is and if not u will get credit I haven't had no problem with delivery yet so me and my family give temu 10 stars”
“I absolutely love Temu! I have ordered many T-shirts from there, and even though some were a little big, I grew into them. I also got a girl-doll matching dress set, my first order from Temu, and I didn't have to worry. I mostly ignore the advertisements and coupons because Temu itself has low-priced things.”

“I ordered an easel 2 months ago...I got an email due to it's size and weight, it was being transported by sea (from China I'm guessing). Weeks, in customs, cleared customs..Really looking forward to my new easel..
Today an email from Temu informs me that my easel it is undeliverable and I will receive a refund in a few weeks. WTF. I've ordered a number of things from Temu..It's hit or miss, take your chances. I've returned more than I've kept.”

“I took a chance and ordered from TEMU A number of times. yes, their prices were very good, the delivery, although it’s longer than usual, tracking was very good also. For the most part, I’m satisfied with my orders. However, recently, I’m receiving a huge amount of emails of offers – I think I have over 250 of them in the past two weeks! I placed a new order, which was very difficult to process! Many pop-ups, Coupons that were offered to me, then immediately disappeared Disconnections, only to have to start all over again. But what I did find out. Is that the free items to the coupons that they offer immediately are revoked,if you have it I an issue With any item, even though the remaining order is still in process. Also, more restrictions! In the past, everything was ordered from Temu -now you’re a different vendors that you don’t get coupons, free items, discounts etc.. for.Some of the items were not even close to the description.. it’s become a real hassle now to order from TEMU,And if you try to get some support via chat,you receive only generic responses .It’s really not worth the time and effort any more.too bad😖”

I used to like this app until I didn't receive the last package I ordered and been trying to get help for a week now but all I get is having to repeat the same messages explaining my issue and getting the same replies and being told to wait 24 hour and not receiving any reply after 24 hour so I have to start again repeating everything just to be told that they will review the issue and get back to me in 24 hours. I just found out this business isn't even BBB accredited.”
