“I placed an order of 32 clothes items. They were shipped in a bag by USPS. The bag was caught in the machine at the post office & only 1 item arrived. (Temu only insured package for $100). I could not get Temu to do anything about the matter. I had pictures proving this situation happen.
They would not even help me with the USPS. Their customer service is terrible. You never can talk to a live person. Now I am out of $293.68. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM…..”

went and bought the same items from Ali express, same price no fuss. when meet $15 shipping is free. if under $15 - $2.99 shipping. so much more transparent

Usually they're pretty good about getting them here in a timely like fashion. Today I look for update and now it's saying 3-11 business days when before it said August 2bd. “I ordered $80 worth of shirts and shorts and underwear from them in the size that I usually wear here. Nothing fit. Everything was skin tight even at my normal size which is usually a little baggy. And then they had to call to try to buy me off for $5 out of my 80 because it was going to take 4 to 6 weeks to process my refund to my credit card. They are liars and cheats. And top all of it off the stuff didn't even look like the pictures that they had on their website. The shirts I got in the order also smelled. One star would not recommend save your money and buy local instead.”

I am tired of getting false promotions and trying hard to get someone from customer service to make things right like they shoul be. I don’t recommend shopping with them and by all means do not fall for there false promotions. And when I contacted customer support they would not take accountability and implied I needed to learn how things work. I don’t feel they care about the customer at all and the promotions are a scam to get you to spend more money.”
“Temu sent me something that I did not order. Customer service kept me on the phone for an hour and 15 minutes while I was trying to get a refund. Once they agreed to give me a refund he pointed out that giving me a refund was a courtesy. Huh? Since this has happened before, I started to see the pattern. First they ask you stupid questions when you tell them that you received something you didn’t order. One of the questions “ was the item actually delivered to you ?” It got really stupid and then I explained to the individual on the phone that I was going to speak with my credit card company and then you can deal with them. The next day I received another order in which I ordered two items which were identical. Only one arrived. Guaranteed they will charge me for both and keep me on the phone for another hour and 15 minutes since they really are badly trained. If they send you two items that are identical when you didn’t order it they will charge you for both. If you order one item and two identical ones arrive they will charge you for both. This is why they have such a terrible reputation. It is well-deserved.”
