“TEMU pulled a "bait and switch" by offering 6 free items for new buyers with their $50 order. I fell for it and ordered altogether 11 items including the so called 6 free items. The first delivery was stolen, so it was resent. I did notice that the photo of the first delivery by the carrier showed a smaller package that could not accommodate 11 items. When I did receive the resent items, I got the same size package with only 5 of the 11 items in it. When I informed TEMU they said the warehouse said they sent all the items so there was nothing they could do about it. I'm thinking about filing a claim with PayPal about this. I also had problems getting the size shoes I indicated in other orders, but was given a refund or offer to return for those, which is annoying. One star was given for a pillow I received that was the best cervical pillow I've ever had.”

Over the past few days, I have repeatedly informed Eve Swift that I have moved from my previous address and requested the cancellation and refund of my order. Despite this, my order was marked as delivered by the shipping company, Sameday, which has received numerous negative reviews (1.4 rating from over 893 users) for falsely marking orders as delivered.
Instead of addressing my concerns and escalating the matter to the delivery company for proof of delivery, Eve Swift has been responding with generic and unhelpful automated messages. Her so-called "investigation" concluded within 30 minutes, stating that the order was delivered without any further evidence or consideration of my situation. This lack of genuine customer support and failure to take appropriate actions is unacceptable for someone in her supervisory position.
I am requesting Temu management to thoroughly review the interactions in ticket 1719503410032577 and address this issue appropriately. If my concerns are not resolved, I will proceed with filing a complaint with the European Commission Center (ECC) and pursue legal action to ensure my consumer rights are upheld.
I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter by refunding me the full amount I have paid especially that I did not receive my order.

“If I could give these critters zero stars I would. I ordered and they took the money off my boyfriends card instead of my PayPal. I called and cancelled the order immediately. They promised refunds in 1 to 5 business days. They've refunded the small things but are trying to keep the two biggest charges for 64.03 and 75.08. Trying to say they shipped then already. “I ordered a drill press vice but received a storage organizer. It was only $15 but the customer service person implied they would review the order and follow up. First, no follow up. Second, when I contacted them again, they told me they reviewed it and that they sent the correct product, even though I sent them photos of their box with the wrong product in it. Finally, they offered me a $5 credit as the final insult to having taken my money. I will contact the credit card company and not pay that charge and will never shop with Temu again. If you want the correct product and proper customer service, try Amazon.”
