“I've had good luck with Temu merchandise but I have realistic expectations about what I order and I go straight to the website, not through the app. I also pay with Paypal which is secure and trustworthy.”
“So many sketchy business practices with temu. False advertising, smoke and mirrors, they offer you different credits or freebies none of which actually happen. There have been times orders have gone through when I didn't even know I was doing it. Buyer beware!”
“Scam app. Won't ever give you bonuses for bringing in new app users. Zero support even from tier 2 escalations. Plus prices are double Aliexpress. Zero stars if I could. Basically makware that want to push you into overspending to win your cheap little free item in mini games. Terrible”
“Temu is a deception, they give you coupons to deceive customers because if a merchandise is for $5, when they give you a coupon they raise the price double to deceive and so the customers buy it with the coupon and then it returns to the price they I was honestly Temu is a scam”
“Despite the fact that a week has passed since the purchase, the goods have not even been sent. There is also no human customer service. Only a virtual assistant Temu for the supplier. Very disappointing. First and last purchase. I will warn others about this company.”
“Don't play their games - it's junk.
Dont buy clothes the sizes are off
Makeup is ok. Cheap jewelry is fun & ok.
Always check size & compare what you see with a ruler. They use tiny models.
Check Amazon & Walmart - all the stuff comes from China.”
“Temu are liars, they give you free products that you earn, they never arrive and give you coupons for the next competition that you can't apply, they give you a price on products with discounts that never appear, I tell you that I will NEVER BUY at TEMU AGAIN”
“TEMU SUCKS. TEMU took my order, took the payment from the bank, and 2 hours later said none of merchandise was available. 6-14 days to get a refund. DO NOT SHOP TEMU.”
“I am thoroughly discussed with your company. Temu is a scam. They tell you have 2 free gifts and when the order is placed it just mysteriously disappears, kind of like they planned it that way. When you try to get help from customer service, that’s another story. Reminds me of trying to fight against a IA. Total crooks. Anyone promoting Temu is getting paid to hook shoppers. Run folks!”
“Absolutely hate this decided to order from here for the first time and it literally took like almost 2 month for a package to arrive I’ll just stick to Amazon Temu ain’t worth it”
“One of the items I ordered didn't have enough postage so they refused to deliver the product. They ignored that fact and on the tenth day gave me a $5.00 credit which by the way you have to spend $20.00 in order to be able to use the $5.00 credit. As they still ignored the fact that USPS would not deliver the product they said I had to wait until 20 days from the day I ordered the product. I now have a refund pending on my debit card. Direct Express puts the money on the debit card right away as long as it's truly available. Temu is saying that it won't be until the 26th so 7 days from the day that they said they refunded the money. Truly disappointed in all of this. People state they got their refund right away but that's only if you take it as a credit.”
