Promotions are a bit ott and difficult to follow but with delivery free when you spend -£15, I'm very happy.
Delivery is generally good in the order of just over a week with plenty of updates and tracking information and they give credits if they are late.
Goods are similar quality for less then half the price of what you pay in high street shops.”

“They kept sending me double orders in other words I would only buy 1 blanket and everyday there would be another one then another one then the next day another one of course they billed me on credit card this has happened about 5 times ordered a clock just one and every day got another so on I got 5 of them another purchas was a tin bank with key I got 4 of them tried to explain to them what was happening and they treated me like I was ripping them off for a refund I ordered just 1 that was all I needed. I sent back a heavy duty pullup bar (it had two of the same arm) in june , and have call, texted to no avail. we are now the end of august and still no refund. I have proof that it was sent and they are refusing to refund me, claiming they never received the package . this was over 200$that they are refusing to give me back”

And although I have received a few damaged items they refunded my money for these items right away. I had no problems getting a refund. And you don't have to ship the items back. I have got alot of cool stuff for a cheap price. I have no complaints have recommended it family and friends who have also bought from them and are all satisfied with what they bought no issues. I was trying to make the purchase same card that they accept for subscription. They get refused to buy items. I have to go and use my Apple Card to purchase this items after I make couple purchases they hold my entire purchase order for a verification so I send them all the verifications I sent them my ID. They still don’t like it. After two days of calling trying to resolve this problem, I couldn’t get to the bottom of it as you can call their customer service but no one is a specialized on payments. There is a department. They only send on emails for them. They cannot talk to anyone on the payment department, they are in China.
For three days trying to get someone from the payment department to solve my problem and I couldn’t.
It’s like what’s your name and you say my name is John , They said we are not convinced John give us more proof you send them your ID send them your Social Security card. You give them everything that prove your job and they still say we’re not convinced this is how it is.

Items are now the same cost or higher for lower quality than what can be purchased on Amazon. The customer service is a joke and if items are missing or only partially received you're on your own. “Past orders were received on time, but my last order was placed on August 3 and they split the order in 5 different orders. It has been an nightmare. I received the first order which was one item. Then another one item and so on...the last order was a bulk order which I keep getting emails with tracking, but tracking is not updated and the order keeps getting delayed :( I don't know if I will continue to buy with such a bad experience. Well TEMU, terrible company got all the items I was looking at and my bank notified me of a $765.00 charge for garden planters. I Immediately contact UPS and TEMU and said to cancel this order a d UPS was told I would refuse the shipment that hadn't been shipped. TEMU and UPS had plenty of notice with in 1 hour of the alleged purchase. My bank called and asked If I authorized this transaction. They were informed no. Stay away from this scam company. “Very poor quality products. Don't waist your time and money. Non of electrical products have plugs. They are with wires to charge. For exapmle juice blender, wire is very short poor, weak, that I don't think it's going to work for long time. And you still need to buy special plug for connection to electricity. Items don't look like advertised. Pictures are well photoshoped.”
