I claimed on PayPal but the forms made it impossible to explain my case and paypal refused my claim. I am still waiting for a refund from Temu. A card wallet I also bought from Temu stank of chemicals which wouldn't go away after washing...”

“Frankly I don't know why Temu has such bad reviews. I have ordered several times from them and never had any problems. The product are mostly low to medium quality indeed, but always arrive on time, and they immediately refund the money if you're not happy with some product, usually do not even require that you send it back. You don't get Gucci and Prada for these prices, but so far I find their service and practices to be totally reliable.”

“I don’t recommend Temu. Their return/refund policy doesn’t adequately protect buyers’ rights. When I make a purchase, they charge me immediately, but when it comes to refunds, I have to wait days or even weeks.
Amazon processes refunds within 2 hours, so why does Temu hold our money for so long?”
“All tye free stuff and you winning this and that for buying a lot all the time us horse manure ! Nothing is ever free and they give you no discounts even when you buy a lot and spend a lot ! It is a huge screw job ! When you apply fir free items they charge you anyway , you have to immediately cancel ! But they do honor the refunds , from my experience ! It is frustrating as hell , especially when you spend a lot and buy a lot of items ! I do , but never , ever , get rewarded for it ! That is just a scam to get more if your money ! Not cool!!!!”
