“One of the items I ordered didn't have enough postage so they refused to deliver the product. They ignored that fact and on the tenth day gave me a $5.00 credit which by the way you have to spend $20.00 in order to be able to use the $5.00 credit. As they still ignored the fact that USPS would not deliver the product they said I had to wait until 20 days from the day I ordered the product. I now have a refund pending on my debit card. Direct Express puts the money on the debit card right away as long as it's truly available. Temu is saying that it won't be until the 26th so 7 days from the day that they said they refunded the money. Truly disappointed in all of this. People state they got their refund right away but that's only if you take it as a credit.”
“Some of the things are cheap but are okay to buy some things are cheap and should have been left in the warehouse in China also these people will scam you to play these little games on their app and tell you you're going to get $50 credit if you make a $10 purchase which is not true they will scam you and we'll collect your information and if you send invites to other people they were arrested and collect their information as well I still buy things but I don't get caught up in the games I have one free things from this app but only after several shenanigans and harassing several Associates which is really a bit much won't happen again cheap stuff for the win.”
“I order a small steel drum as a stocking filler, received the usual notifications that the item was sent, only to receive a letter of apology that the item was out off stock and a free gift of useless plastic pens. I can receive a refund until I return the free gift! I tried 2 to leave a review reflecting this and in both occasions Temu told it went against the standards! This is because it was a bad review. Be very wary. I want the item so will have to reorder and pay more P&P.”
“My biggest problem with them is if I want to look something up I have to deal with so many pop ups. I finally got frustrated when I hit 12 before I could look for what I want. I am glad I actually never got to order from them. I have seen packages delivered to my apartment community where it looks like the item was put in a trash bag and wrapped with several layers of tape...stay far away. Spend the extra few dollars and order from a reputable site. Look at their raring, I have never seen a online retailer ranked so low.”
“I will not buy through Temu again. I bought two greenworks batteries to power our electric yard equipment. Neither holds a charge. First, it took almost two weeks to receive even though they quoted two days. Now I have to spend for a box to return ship, and the say it will take 5-14 days to receive a refund after the goods are received and checked for "quality". All to save a few bucks. Lesson learned.”
“I shop often from Temu. Mostly for clothes. I don't like that there are no BLACK models modeling the clothes that feature black people on them. I find it ridiculous to see a white woman wearing a shirt with a black woman or girl on it when that never is the case in life!!!”
“Temu used OnTrac to deliver my orders and twice they were delivered to a wrong location. I reported this issue to Temu with supporting photos and Temu disregarded my complaints. So, I had to dispute the transactions to get my money back. Because of this, Temu locked me out of my account saying it was suspended for suspicious activity. They gave me a $10 credit for the one delivery, eventually, but then prohibited me from using it. Currently they are holding $79.09 in credit from being able to use it. I did nothing wrong here and I'm being retaliated against. This could be classified as discrimination for standing up for myself and trying to get my money back. OnTrac was contacted as well and they said to contact the seller. I would file a lawsuit if it was worth it.”
“They are corrupt and try conning customers into signing up more customers via promotion that they commit to. People have been ripped off by these promos and then Temu takes ages to reply to complaints and sends out the a prewritten reply saying the promo has ended.steer clear of this site . They are thieves and con artists .the site is corrupt.”
“I had been a loyal customer for quite some time, ordering frequently. When their carrier OnTrac said they delivered a package that I did not receive, I opened an inquiry with OnTrac. Then, the next day, it appeared with a couple of other packages from Temu. Temu has a policy wherein they give you $5 credit if a package doesn't arrive within the window they say it will. The day OnTrac said they delivered it was the last day of the window. The day they actually delivered it was late. I called Temu to let them know the situation, They said that because OnTrac said it arrived on time, they would not honor their credit policy. I am now in the process of returning several orders that had already been sent to shipping before this happened. Temu lost a good customer in me because I had no way of disproving OnTrac's false statement. Temu does not value their customers or stand by their word and OnTrac is equally bad for claiming something that was not true.”
“I have been ordering from them for about 3 years now.Hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of Merchandise. I recently lost a suitcase on a flight from Paris to Milan. That left me with nothing to my name.No close, no toiletries.Absolutely.Nothing except for my purse and that's it.My first thought was to order all new stuff and a new suithat would get to me expedited. “I have been a customer for a while and every now and then I have problems well this time I ordered a shirt that was supposed to be $8 and because of previous orders receive free gifts well it showed up free 000 charge but low and behold they took the money out of the bank they charge me $30 for the free order and $37 for the $8 now I don't think I can trust them which is a shame because I was going to do a lot of my Christmas shopping with them but I don't think I better”
