“This is not a genuine site. They can scam you. I was placing an order, and they offered a free gift and asked me to pick the gift. Then, it said I had to pay $22 to claim the gift. After spending $22, I got nothing. It said I get 036 today. I lost $22 for no reason. Then, I cancelled the order as I had to pay another $46 for the selected items. They would confuse you. They scam you. Be careful when ordering with them. I just deleted the app.
Temp should be banned for their untrustworthy activities.”
“I saw a product on my fb feed and clicked. after installing the app I kept being presented with a spinning 'bonus' wheel - all I wanted to do was look at the product. It seemed like every time i tried to click anything I was returned to the wheel - and a timer - I never got to look at the product I wanted, or any others... after 10mins of unwanted pseudo gambling I uninstalled the app.”
“The worst company. They charged my account, then cancelled the transaction without informing me and charged later even bigger amount. I received the package without any receipt and any indication that the delivery was from them. Moreover, it was not the stuff I'd ordered. I contacted the company but they showed me the changed by them order history. Finally, I got a bunch of cheep socks, some kind of weird device for double chin that I even never searched for and two little pins that was not in my order. The company refused to deliver my stuff but charged me for their garbage $95. The Department of Consumer Affairs should pay attention to their fraudulent activity”

“I've ordered a whole bunch of items from Temu--well over a hundred--and only had one item sent that I felt wasn't as advertised. I received an instant refund and didn't even have to send the item back. I'm very skeptical of some of these reviewers who are claiming otherwise. I do agree that all their games to get free stuff is a problem. In two years of ordering from Temu I just ignore all that. And I've found that the annoying game announcements no longer appear.
It is a fun website with stuff that you'll never find anywhere else. And I've never paid a penny for shipping. So I'm quite skeptical of these reviewers who say they have.”
“Received no confirmation of my order. When Temu was contacted I was informed no order exited. Using their method of tracking my order using my credit card my order appeared including a picture of my order. Temu insisted no order existed. However one week later I received my order. However the quality of the products was less than poor. I contacted Temu in order to send the order back and receive a refund again they stated no order existed. After speaking with a customer representative they informed me that they were writing a “ticket” perhaps for bad service on their part lol. I assumed the ticket was to be forwarded to someone who could actually resolve my issue. I have never received any other follow up from Temu regarding my refund and I’m sure I never will. They take your money ship you sub standard products and refuse to issue refunds on those products. DO NOT purchase anything from Temu they are disreputable.”
“This site sucks. When you buy something it takes forever to receive your products and when you play the "Farmland " game it takes forever to win your supposed free prize. I understand site like this is all about shopping from them and money. But, constantly leading the customers on gets old and makes the customers go to another site. With all these shopping site advertising "Free to win prizes" are full of it. Nothing is free. Especially on Temu.”
