“I had placed an order with Temu which an item was missing. I filed a claim and Temu denied my claim stating that the item was packaged and that I had received it. Liars! As a fool, I placed another big order. I carefully reviewed my order by checking the prices. A few hours after I placed the order, I decided to review the transaction. To my surprise, I was charged 50% more for one of the items I had ordered. Temu is an insidious company who steal and deceive. As tempting as their low prices are, Temu will use deceptive tactics to lure you in and steal from you.”

“My purchases were not bad. They quality of my purchases were okay. However, I ordered multiple rolls of peel and stick wallpaper and 2 out of 3 were correct with the 3rd being not even close so it is unusable for my purposes.
My order for the subway tile paper was the same experience. the second roll was the "correct style" but the print pattern was completely different. And it is impossible to describe the differences as they just give a generic response.
So, my bathroom is 1/2 way done ( and I really do like the patterns) and a kitchen that is 1/2 way done as well.
Customer service, is a nightmare at best. Dealing with the bots is a total waste of time, and even dealing with "the manufacturer" is a waste of time as they don't have humans to help you.
What a shame. If I can get my problem squared away, I will never buy from TEMU again.”

“Scam!! Watch your bank payment linked to Temu!, Unauthorized payment taken on my bank without any purchases done!!, I reported and file a complaint to Temu Assistance yet no actions or refund done! Even I send necessary evidence!”
“Very bad customer service, every time I contacted them, I wasted a lot of time and nerves. They avoid giving precise info, just give same generic answers and sweet talk you without actually doing anything. Every time I contact them, I lose an hour or 2 and get so frustrated because I don't get the info or help I need. They often skip reading messages and checking photos and screenshots. This week I communicated with them for days about my due refund, they were constantly saying that my package was still not delivered to them even though I sent them delivery proof million times, they left a false tracking update on their website for days. I asked them to contact warehouse for confirmation which they did not do (I am sure of it because all agents gave one same reply that it was still not delivered). I threatened to ask my bank to send Temu an official request for a refund and to contact all Temu directors on LinkedIn and send them delivery proof from the carrier and publicly show everything on Linked and other SNS. I don't know if it was because of that or the warehouse sorted it out but I eventually got my refund. But the CS drove me nuts for days, their service is really horrible.”
