“Temu sent me return label. I sent item back. UPS said seller is refusing to even accept the item back do UPS is sending item back to me! I DON'T want item back! I want REFUND! THIS IS NOT RIGHT! “at the beginning all went well, price wise, delivery time, quality of the products. Its been 3 month since TEMU changed their policy, e.g. In order for me to have "free shipping" , i must buy for at least $50+, whether I need or not I must reach this amount in order to be able to place it.
And on top of all, they are bombarding me with all kinds of "winning" devices and credits, which, mind you I have not claimed.
I would not recommend TEMU. They are good, as long as they hook you in.”

They give you credit and you cannot use it all. They cancel what is ordered from credit and charge more for processing. Don’t fall for this company!”
“I have had a lot of orders from TEMU. And all have been very nice experiences. Had shipping problems but it was only when it got to USPS. (The right address on the package but delivered to the wrong house.) Temu replaced one order,and it was the fault of the postal service. Not a bad place to order from.”

“For some reason, paypal didnt protect me on this one. I returned counterfeit bearings and expected a refund. Despite submitting all the return shipping info twice, paypal ruled against me. The documents were all there, i could see them. I will never deal with temu again.”
