Among the tracking companies that Temu uses, there is one called Piggyship. They don't deliver and just lie. They say there is no recipient or the address and phone number are wrong, so they end up returning it to the vendor. And Piggyship also lies at the reception. Piggyship itself is a company that only lies. If you order from Temu and the tracking company is Piggyship, you probably won't receive the package. Like me.”

They charged my credit card before shipment and after 10 days I received an Email that they couldn’t ship my merchandise because they had some trouble with the carrier or the shipment!
Meanwhile they have been holding my money during that period of time!

“Got product that had piece missing and cannot be returned as it was depressed in plastic to make it fit in box. When I opened it was gigantic- not as shown in picture, missing a piece of foam and downright ugly as well as 2x bigger than I thought. I cannot repress foam to return, I called and I got A.I. who wanted my cc to join something. Shame on you. I will not be a return customer. Customer service is number 2!”

“I ordered a Litter Robot automatic cat litter system and paid $372. For it. The vendor shipped a small item and identified that 3 lbs package as Litter Robot which weight more than 12 lbs plus a large box. I have sent easily a dozen emails over 3 weeks trying to resolve this. TEMU continues to send new the same emails refuer sing g to acknowledge the information that I sent them. On a small scale they send you emails telling you to pick multiple items for free. When you get the items they charge you and say the special trimed out. They run a fraudulent operation!”

They will give you a $5 discount if their stuff is late delivered but by the time you get the discount you'll never want to order from them again.
